Mindful that there are so many scams out there I was naturally concerned about submitting private information and money to the wrong people. A bit of research reassured me that The Travel Visa Co were genuine and so they were! Excellent service, fast turnaround and answered the phone promptly when I needed to contact them. All through the process, help was easily available. I had regular phone calls and updates from The Travel Visa company, communication was first class. I had a particular situation whereby I was travelling up until 3 weeks before I was leaving for China. The Travel Visa Company talked me through the process of completing my paperwork 3 months in advance and sending it to them for processing, so that all I had to do on my return from last trip was to post my passport to The Travel Visa Company. It made , what could have been a difficult application, very easy. Highly recommended. Tried Travel Visa Company for the first time and was not disappointed, answered all our questions clearly. Helped with some difficulties of my own trying to down loading stuff that became an issue for me on my computer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a visa to the USA etc.
