I used Evisa Express to apply for a Saudi visa because I expected a professional visa-processing service that would guide me through the process and provide proper support if any issue arose.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

After paying for the service and completing the application, I was informed that an “Entry Visa Application Letter” had been issued, but that this was not the actual eVisa and that my application was still being reviewed by the Saudi authorities.

I was then instructed to contact the Saudi Arabian Mission mentioned in the letter and find out whether I needed to attend in person. This left me in a situation where I was essentially required to deal with the Saudi authorities myself, despite having paid Evisa Express to assist with the visa process.

The communication and guidance provided were not clear enough, and the overall experience created unnecessary uncertainty and inconvenience.

For me, the main issue is not simply the delay. It is the lack of clear guidance and effective support after payment, particularly when the application did not proceed as I had expected.

Based on my experience, I would not use this service again unless the company significantly improves its customer support and clearly explains, before payment, exactly what service it provides and what happens if the application requires further action with the Saudi authorities ( they actually informed me the authorities might ask for more details, but they did not tell me that it was not possible to be done at the embassy and it has to go through the agency "Tasheer") and also, they refused to refund or partially refund and I have to pay for the service again !

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its service for future customers.

Vorsicht vor diesem Unternehmen. Zuerst wurde bei meinem Mann beanstandet, dass der Reisepass fehlt ein Foto mit Brille wurde akzeptiert. Bei mir wurde das Foto mit Brille nicht akzeptiert und gesagt sie können nicht beantragen. Am nächsten Tag hieß es. Es ist beides beantragt und kann nicht mehr storniert werden. Sie haben überhöhte Preise.Es ist nur eine Abzocke, bitte nicht bei diesem Unternehmen ein Visum beantragen
Mein Mann konnte stornieren, aber er hat nur einen Teil des Geldes zurückbekommen.

Auch ich konnte nicht stornieren, absolut überteuert. Natürlich sieht man den Preis, aber wenn ich noch nie ein ETA angefordert habe, kenne ich die Preise nicht. Für welche Dienstleistung rechtfertigen Sie den Preis der 3x so hoch ist wie auf der offiziellen Webseite.
