I'm thrilled to express my utmost satisfaction with Instructor Neil Richards and the Community Accredited Safety Scheme course. Neil's exceptional teaching style combined with his deep expertise made the learning experience engaging and enlightening. The course itself, Community Accredited Safety Scheme, was incredibly well-structured, providing practical insights and valuable knowledge. Kudos to Neil and the course for exceeding my expectations and enriching my understanding of safety practices!

All was well cordinated, timely, clear and very informative. Trainer interacted very well with everyone and engage us well. Training was very informative in relating to my roll as a CSAS.

4-day CSAS course was made to feel like it was less due to Neil Richards’ ‘easy to understand’ ways of teaching even though the venue was loud due to construction. Will definitely recommend getting taught CSAS by Neil Richards

Excellent course and the trainers was skilled at teaching and sharing knowledge I was able to learn through the great practical lessons and he created a very fun and great environment to learn I would encourage others to do the course to.. Neil was a great trainer I was confident when it was time for me exam and am happy to say I passed my 4 days CSAS course..

Neil was a great trainer taking us through slowly explaining everything along the way and making sure we understood all aspects of the course. There was also plenty of material to work with including a workbook and slides off the presentations Neil took us through. The course was not too long over 4 days and everything g was covered exceptionally.

Thankyou Tess Group.

During my apprenticeship I faced multiple challenges. Mark has been so supportive and has really worked hard to see me to the finish line. I have learnt so much in these last 18 months and I am looking forward to implementing these things throughout my career in this sector. I was lucky enough to get a distinction and I’m really grateful for all the support from yess group.
