Fantastic customer service. Rather than send a damaged container. sent half the order and then completed the order very fast. Highly recommend.

It’s been 3 weeks since I have placed an order and have not received it I’ve reached out multiple times by email and have not gotten a response at all. This is extremely disappointing would not recommend at all I just wish I would have checked out the trust pilot reviews before ordering avoid at all cost!!

The company rectified the mistake and sent the right product first class to me which I wasn’t expecting, well resolved, thank you.

Don’t waste your money!

Absolute scam. Late order by 3 weeks meaning I had to buy the protein again from another company. The protein powder was clumpy and the company ignored me when I reached out several times to address the faulty product.

Scam company it’s been 12 days and my order still hasn’t been shipped, sent about ten emails with no response. RATS

Scam, ordered two items with delivery expected by Saturday 29th May. Nothing arrived, have emailed numerous times asking for an update to which I’ve been ignored.

Payment requested back through the bank so let’s see if they steal your money or not

Has been over 4 months and i have not received my products. Have sent numerous emails and have not received a single reply. Ridiculous.

Got my product. Took a day longer than it should have. More updates on the delivery would be good. I panicked when I saw the below reviews but I received all my goods.

I ordered from this company around a month ago and the product come fine.
I since ordered again over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received my item, i initially got a order confirmation and a link to
DPD but they’ve not sent the parcel.
No one responds and you can’t speak to anyone, i would avoid there’s plenty of better supplement companies out there.

Placed and order 18918, for 40 servings of Hydreau electrolytes, order arrived but tub is 20 servings. Their website states 40. Have reached out straight after the delivery, no reply yet. Sent a second email - still no reply. Would avoid at all cost! Saying they reply within 24 hours and emails sent over the weekend will prioritised on Monday, clearly not!
They prompt to write a review straight after placing order, so that’s why probably their reviews in their own website is great. Should’ve checked here before.. disappointed ☹️

Sent complete wrong order, tried to get in contact with them 4 times and no reply don’t use

Same as other reviews, customer service does not exist. They delivered to the wrong address so been chasing it up and no one got back to me. Had to go to my bank. Wont be ordering again

Have ordered from this company several times before this unresolved problem. On this occasion, only half of the items I ordered were delivered. The three emails I sent asking them to send to rectify this have so far gone unanswered.

Very disappointing indeed and I won’t be ordering from them again. I would advise anyone looking for supplements to order from another supplier.

Still awaiting product as evri have messed up however I have reached out to supps house three times for support with zero reply. Non existent customer service package is a week overdue, evri have confirmed package is lost and zero communication has been received
