Service Excellence
The ease of the online process was very nice. After the online process, I met Steve and Kim at the front office of the Old Hammond location. They brought the whole experience to the top. I love spending money and dealing with nice, personable people, and Mr. Steve and Ms. Kim are just that. Wonderful first impression!
