someone had just returned a truck. The man behind the counter immediately went, cleaned out the truck to make it available to me. He was considerate, concerned and efficient. Awesome service.

Elizabeth was polite

Elizabeth was polite, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. This could have been 5 stars except that we had to wait a bit for her to come back from lunch and there were issues with the computer that caused her to redo some of the information. I would say that the experience was a solid 4.5 stars.
