The Soulful Yoga Arvostelua 

For a minute when I close my eyes- I am thinking all the great time I have joining this yoga class. The most important and amazing part is the zoom yoga class is very secure. You don’t see anyone and no one sees your video. It’s just you and Yash sir - it feels like it’s a one on one class instead of group class. He focuses on every individual. I love this one hour so much. He even scolds you if you miss more than two classes in a row. He will discipline you which is very rare these days. He is surely a Guru and a great coach. The practices, meditation are all very different and truly grounded. I have so much to say about this yoga classes.

My daughter has been taking yoga sessions with Mr.Yashendra ji and it has been very amazing experience. She enjoys the sessions and learnt stretching and strengthening exercises to keep her fit. It’s difficult to motivate teens with any form of yoga, but she has developed interest to stay fit and learn more.. thank u
