The exceptionally dedicated faculty went far beyond standard hours, meticulously guiding us into the technical depth of every asana while enriching our minds with profound yogic philosophy. Within this disciplined yet vibrant atmosphere, the absolute focus on professionalism and women’s safety allowed us to completely immerse ourselves in the learning process. The nourishing satvik food and the holistic environment beautifully supported our daily growth, culminatng in comprehensive theory and practical examinations. The trainers' insightful, constructive feedback during these evaluations not only transformed our personal practice but perfectly equipped us with the confidence to impart this sacred training to others in the future—an invaluable masterclass in life for which words truly fall short.

Great teaching, Average living conditions

The teachers were amazing, the food definitely needs improvement, in my own stay we had to skip the beach yoga bit which was a bit disappointing, the balance of classes was very good and i got to learn alot.

Best yoga classes

I had an amazing experience at this yoga school. The Hatha yoga classes were well-structured and suitable for all levels. The teachers were very knowledgeable and created a peaceful environment. I felt more relaxed and balanced after every session.
