The Sole Supplier Arvostelua

I had an issue giving them the wrong address to start with. I emailed them and it was rectified straightaway. I had several emails from them to keep me in the loop where my trainers were and an email to make sure I had received them without any issues. Very happy overall and easy transaction!

The shoes I wanted were really difficult to get. Managed to get them here, delivered within 2 days in perfect condition

I could not find the trainers I wanted anywhere at all as they had all sold out. I stumbled across The Soul Suppler online and they had some in stock. Yes, the trainers were slightly more expensive, but not by that much. At first I was very dubious if this was a legit company, but after reading the reviews on trustpilot, I decided to go for it. I received verification that the trainers were indeed authentic. I found the communication was great, I got sent several updates and the trainers were delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered some shoes from Sole Supplier recently and I couldn’t fault the product or customer service. I had issues tracking my shoes and Caitlin was really helpful, giving me regular updates and checking that there were no further issues when my package did arrive. I would definitely recommend them and will 100% be ordering from there again!

Very pleased with my purchase .I will definitely shop with you all again 🙏🏿

I had issues with UPS delivery and my purchase was delayed, I got in touch with the TSS mailbox and Emily picked this up. She was very proactive in helping me with the issue and responded promptly to emails. In addition to resolving this I was offered 10% off my purchase due to my issue, all in all a very good and fair customer experience.

Unreal service from start to finish, had shoes within a couple day, even after a mix up with my order(my fault😂) Customer service on point responded to email straight away and overall great experience

I unfortunately missed the drop on a set of Jordan 4's over the May bank holiday so ordered a pair on The Sole Supplier. Understanding that the bank holiday would interrupt normal business, I waited for a few days into the week but still hadn't heard anything, so I got in contact with customer support and Catlin messaged me back, she was amazing and provided me with updates and helped expedite the seller. The trainers arrived a day before i was told so all in all a very good service and experience for me.

Great customer service from Caitlin. Was helpful and provided all the support I needed to get my order delivered. Am definitely going to order again.

I’ve ordered before and I will continue to order again! Great customer service from Caitlin, got back to me so quickly and delivered genuinely helpful feedback. Can’t wait to get more shoes

Quick delivery from purchase to time received, perfect condition and no problems.

Customer service great, they were super helpful as I had to send the trainers back as wasn't happy with the quality

I had an exceptional experience with The Sole Supplier from start to finish. Firstly, their delivery service was prompt and reliable, ensuring my sneakers arrived in perfect condition and right on time. The authenticity of the sneakers was unquestionable, giving me peace of mind that I was purchasing genuine products. Moreover, their customer service team went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. I initially couldn’t find the parcel and they were incredibly helpful and responsive, addressing any queries or concerns I had promptly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend The Sole Supplier to anyone looking for quality sneakers and outstanding service.

Had a small issue with the courier. Emily was extremely helpful. The service from the sole supplier is excellent. Definitely recommend.

ordered brown trainers, confirmed with receipt and photo of trainers but different colour arrived. Emailed customer service with no reply. Useless

Great experience as a seller - really easy process to sell and verify on the app, takes less commission than competitors, have sold more recently than I have on a competitors website, payment for transaction is quick. Notified of sale via text as well as email and quicker payment schedule than that of competitors. Very impressed.

Lovely shoes - slight delay and confusion with courier but customer service were very helpful and looked into it straight away. Very impressed with whole service, thank you
