The Sole Supplier Arvostelua

Great buying experience thank you

Company is a piece of scamming TRASH.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered and paid £255 for a size 10 of the new Jordan 4 Wet Cements. Not only did they take forever to come. They have creases and marks all over them. Creases to the point you know one of the scummy workers tried them on. I emailed them asking for a returns form so i can exchange for a pair up to shelf quality standards. But they told me no “we dont not offer refunds or exchanges as this is a nike production error and where there is mass production some pair will come out imperfect and we do not hold accountability” absolutely shocking and poor customer service. I know never to buy from your shocking company again.

This trash company have now flagged and reported my review as “harmful or illegal content” which means and proves they know they done wrong.

This flag was refused by trust pilot as the review is within their guidelines. So Solesupplier have now flagged my review as “Defamatory Content”. What a joke of a company trying to cover their tracks of absolutely poor quality control and customer service.

I received what i’ve ordered without any problem.

Had never ordered from here before so was skeptical at first but ordered brand new nike air max 95 baltic blue’s & they arrived within a few days perfect condition & cheapest price i could find anywhere else, will definitely order again from here

Poorly packaged, resulting in damaged box, considering this is a collection peice, now my collection is ruined

Emily was amazing from start to finish 😃 emailed me every step of the way, very quick replies and made sure I had the best experience. Will definitely be ordering again x

Very disappointed with this company. We paid £316 for Adidas Preditor Elite football boots. The the sole has split and both have cracked after 3 months. My son has also suffered with several nasty blisters from these boots. Contacted Sole supplier who have told us nothing can be done!! Not what you expect when you pay this much for a pair of football boots!!
Poor customer service.
Will not be purchasing from them again!!

Everything went smoothly highly recommend

Can't fault this company in anyway very well packaged, arrived right on time! Would definitely buy again!.

Really good customer service. My tracking took 4 days chatted to Caitlan and I received update the next day with great communication throughout. Would buy from this company again.

Quick and Reliable

My trainers came within 2 days and the service was incredible.

Quick hassle free delivery! Ordered from a restock, super pleased with trainers and price!

My first time using the app, it was a flawless transaction. Got my pair within a few days, will definitely use it again.

No faults what so ever!
Fast dispatch and delivery. When I’ve had a concern, I’ve got an email reply within a couple of hours. Ordered a couple of times now and can definitely say I’d order again! Thank you.

Easy purchase, arrived in days, the shoes are sweet 👌

Brilliant experience with this company. They also kept me up to date with shipping and tracking details. I would definitely recommend this company and i personally would order with them again.

Brilliant order and transaction then realised that the trainers were a touch too big . The Sole Supplier helped me to source and purchase an alternative, assisted me to arrange the return and very quickly refunded the original cost. Top service right there ! Will 100% recommend and reuse this service . Thank you to the most helpful and lovely Emily . Bravo !

Great pair of shoes- just as expected plus quick delivery. Customer service was extremely helpful and thorough! Would definitely buy through them again.

Excellent service - great customer service (Emily) prompt replies and helpful - will definitely shop here again! 😊

Expedient, good customer service. Only gripe, the Nike box arrived tattered - expected more for the amount I spent on the shoes!
