I ordered the product on August 5th. Still not received the product by September 5th. So I reached out and sent a help ticket on their webpage. I had no response. I sent an email to the company a week later, and finally got a response saying that there had been some unnamed problem with my order. I gave it another week and sent a follow up email asking for confirmation of order resolution. No reply. Next email couldn't be delivered and it appears that the web page domain is now defunct. I have requested a refund through paypal.

Worst customer service ever . Pathetic actually
They keep sending emails . I want my money back I never received the product .

This product is a scam and their content is full of false advertising and misleading information.

* Trimmer is about 10 dB louder than the claimed 45 dB. Vibration level feels similar to other "silent" grinders I have tried.

* Although the products page says "100% risk free" and "90 day money back guarantee" they refused to give me a refund when I said I was unhappy with the product because "Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee is honored for qualifying situations, such as products that arrive damaged, are lost in transit, or are defective and not functioning as intended."

* The grinder I received was labeled Si Mai SHEN and appears to be a Chinese product similar to one that is available for $3.30 in quantity (search alibaba.com for SMEHNSER-M1-Pet-Nail-Grinder-Rechargeable).

They do not honor the refund policy of 90 day money back guarantee if you're not happy with the product. I have emailed several times but have not gotten a response. There is no phone number so email is the only way to contact them, and they are not responsive.

I purchased the SilentPaws nail trimmer in March. My dog would not tolerate it. (It is not silent as advertised nor is it without vibrations and my dog hated it.) I contacted support requesting a refund and have been corresponding with them since then. They have responded occasionally but have not issued the refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying directly from this company, especially if you are relying on their refund policy. The responses seem to be clearly tactics to delay or keep me frustrated until I give up. Since there is no other way to contact them, I guess they will win.

I did not receive my package. They told me it was delivered, however there were no tracking emails. Customer service is not responding to my emails. This has been going on since January.

I ordered this almost two months ago. The tracking appeared to be stalled and then said it had invalid counterfeit postage! The tracking now says that it was received by an individual two days ago! It was never received! This is an absolute scam and I am contacting any authority’s I can to close this scam down! Don’t be scammed by this offshore entity like I was! STAY AWAY!

Still waiting and nothing. 3/26/26.

This company's tracking information is so vague that it sets off alarm bells for a tornado. Ordered on 24 of February and no product or real tracking information. Nobody even sent an email about delays. If it ever shows up it will be returned unopened and a full refund will be expected. Poor communication equals dissatisfied customer. Don't order unless you plan on donating your money. I doubt I will ever see this item.

I ordered the product in November, 2025 and it is now February, 2026 and I have yet to receive the nail trimmer. The last email they responded to said it was still en route, but when I recently checked, status showed EXPIRED. They have gone silent after 2 emails since then with my third one going out tonight.
