The Shift Network Arvostelua

You have interesting classes but sometimes the content is lacking. There is a small amount of information. This seems to be stretching it out so that more money can be charged by the person doing the class.

Most of the classes I've taken have been as described and I did get a lot out of them.

When i needed to contact someone, they were always professional and prompt. Nice variety of classes too!

I have followed a number of courses on the Shift Network. All the teachers were excellent in their teaching and subject knowledge. This has brought clarity, personal growth and healing which has improved my life in many ways. I am most grateful, thank you Shift,

Always quality teachers and team leaders

I’ve been doing business with Shift since 2014 and have a treasured library of high quality reference and self development resources. Every single encounter including customer service has been prompt, cogent, and professional as well as helpful.

The first thing I would like to note is the VERY QUICK RESPONSE to me EVERY TIME I have asked for help from Shift. Every response was read, thought out or worked out precisely and again VERY QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY!
Every single customer support representative is Thoughtful, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Friendly.
NEVER CONDESCENDING.
This Company prides itself on Excellent Customer Service and Support and it Delivers!

I think shift network is a fabulous company. It offers great diversity, reasonable prices and even scholarships and the customer service is 2nd to none.

I’ve never had a negative experience with shift network. The customer service work exceptionally well to answer all questions and their response is quite prompt. I highly recommend shift network.

The courses I took through the shift network were very informative and helpful. I would recommend the shift network to anybody

For several years I have turned to the Shift Network for trustworthy current teachings on the issues that are part of the tapestry of spirituality needed for our time. In the past year, I have followed "The Witches' Cauldron" (Linda Rausch); "Sacred Dance and Rumi's Poetry" (Banafsheh); and "The Dark Goddess" (Melissa Kim Corter). Thank you for choosing carefully curated content and excellent teachers. Blessings to you, Anne Kathleen McLaughlin

Portia responded to my question very promptly, and she understood and helped me with my quandary in a very kind, generous way. Much appreciated.
I've taken several Shift Network courses over the years. Their support crew has never let me down, which is just one of the reasons I am very grateful to be able to take Shift classes.

I have taken courses here for several years. The subjects and presenters I value are tops in the field. The 'My Course Page' is very easy to navigate.
What really sets you apart are the files you provide.
I can view the complete video; or I can just listen to the audio; I can read the transcript and choose to print any page (s) I need. And, seeing the presentation slides isolated on big screen is most helpful. Plus, you store it all for me! Appreciate all the extras the presenters share.*****

I understand that this is a business like any other, but being unable to practice on a regular basis because of the class size is unacceptable. For the next class, I would suggest to find a better way to place students with other students who are on their level and have smaller groups or circles, optimal size should be capped 10 people max. There isn’t enough time to practice after the Tuesday class as the class is always eating into that precious time. You should allow for at least one hour of practice for those who wish to do that.

Shift chooses excellent speakers and topics. Additionally, it works with speakers to create a well-organized curriculum, including handouts and on-line interactions. I particularly appreciate that the courses remain available on line -- I go back frequently to various courses.

The sessions are the perfect length, the tutors are expert in their field. The course transcribe and notes are clear and very useful. Thank you to The Shift Network for putting on such good courses.

Great courses that help in so many ways, great offers

I've been always perfectly satisfied with the assistance received by the ShiftNetwork Support Team. I have always found kindness, helpfulness and clear troubleshooting instructions

I have been a long-term student of the Shift Network. Mostly the courses are great and matching my expectations. Sometimes they don't, but the great thing is that the team is always very responsive to help, super nice and cordial, and refund has never been an issue (if done on time).
