Was quite worried to order as seen it all over TikTok and only saw this after I placed an order. It came in time and perfectly as described so can’t fault it. It does take a while to come (couple weeks) as it is personalized bangles but they do also state this on the website that there is a processing time which people miss and get confused with the shipping time which I can understand why it would be confusing. Suggestion would be to change the shipping estimated dates to longer. Have since then also ordered more as gifts and these have also come. I believe this is a small business run by one person so we should give grace as aspeople do expect Amazon large cooperation quick shipping which is not always realistic.

Order not received, emailed them numerous times and not had one reply!

Never received my order, sent numerous emails with no response. Please don’t order from here

Ordered on 3rd January and still not received my order! Loads of emails sent no response given. Do not use this company. Does not deserve even 1 star in all honesty.

I order a personalised item in December, i emailed them multiple times to see where the item in. Heard nothing. Its now 24th. It been over a month i paid just under £100 for it too

This company doesn’t even deserve one star, bracelet arrived and one of the hearts fell out within an hour. 5 emails sent and still no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My friend ordered of here and didn’t receive his package they are a scam

My order took over two weeks to come. They take ages to respond to any sort of message.

I do not recommend this company, my 15 year old daughter spend all her birthday money on 2 bracelets, they took the money. The items never arrived and no response to any of the emails . No refund given

my boyfriend got me the engraved”ice queen bangle” came very fast and looked beautiful but after less then a week a diamond had fallen out and they continued to fall out, got in touch with the company and they took their time responding and then said they’d send out a new one and it’s now been two months with no package or any communication after several more emails

The most terrible company terrible customer service , never got my order , took them about a month to refund me , would never reply to my messages. Really would not recommend.

Terrible quality and customer care. A stone fell out of my girlfriend’s bangle a week after receiving it. I have emailed several times and even resorted to commenting on their social media about it all with no reply. After three weeks I think it’s fair to say I’ll be going somewhere that value quality and happy customers next time.

Nice looking bangle but really not tight loose and feels like it’s going to snap or break
