The Rugs Warehouse Arvostelua 

Had been looking for a rug forever and spent a lot of time trawling endless companies for the right one. Took delivery of my new rug yesterday and absolutely delighted with how it looks and the quality is far better than expected. From ordering to receiving I can honestly say the service was exemplary. Will definitely use again!!!

Have purchased and taken delivery of a pair of rugs from The Rug Warehouse and I cannot be more pleased with the outcome. From the time my wife and I walked into the premises we were greeted and attended to with courtesy and professionalism that is rarely found today. The team’s knowledge of the variety of rugs on show is impressive and with their help we were able to settle upon and choose the rugs that we felt would suit the rooms for which they were intended. We are pleased to say that they did not disappoint and are perfect for their purpose.

We ordered the rugs on the Monday and by Wednesday afternoon they were delivered and laid. From our point of view this was a worthwhile exercise made all the more easier by a dedicated and expert team.

I have bought rugs from all the leading rug companies…. This company stands head and shoulders above the rest. I now have 3 lovely large rugs from them and I wouldn’t use anyone else. The quality, value for money and delivery service is excellent. Highly recommend 5 *

Since I'm an old school and I can't trust the colour of the rug on the website , additionally I must feel the item in real life. I went to the showroom in Chiswick, the rug "Jaipur" from the Kashqai collection is absolutely fabulous. It's made of good quality wool and it feels so soft. the colour is so rich and actually it's darker than the picture. I bought it on Friday and it was delivered on Monday very well packaged to protect it from any damage. In general a very good experience. I am planning to buy a hall runner in the near future. I highly recommend the rug and RUGS WAREHOUSE.

I ordered a 150 circle rug which was out of stock and a delivery was estimated to be approx 6-8 weeks.

The rug team sent me an email offering me a 160cm circular rug which could be delivered within 24 hours.

The 160cm rug was a considerably dearer rug but they offered it at the 150cm price.

I ACCEPTED AND I RECEIVED THE RUG WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Ordered our rug on-line, delivered three days later, at precisely the time arranged. Rug was very well protected and just what we wanted, particularly as another Company has had our money since beginning of May and just kept putting the delivery back. We asked for a refund when they then told us end of September. Rugs Warehouse are great !

I first ordered a rug which unfortunately was the wrong colour and The Rug Warehouse immediately gave me instructions on how to return it and refunded my account. The next rug I ordered, the Lulu Pink Shaggy was exactly what I wanted, beautiful shade of pink and a very good quality rug. I would highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

We have been searching for months for a new lounge rug. The choice from The Rugs Warehouse is fantastic ! And their service is First Class ! Ordered the rug online and it was delivered 4 days later - cannot fault their Customer focus. The rug is of excellent quality and even nicer than we imagined. Nice rich colours and soft underfoot. Very poor customer service. I was sent a rug in a completely different colour. When I called them they said ‘oh we didn’t have any of the ones you ordered’. I suggested it might be a good idea to have checked with me whether I wanted a beige rug first. No apology either. Won’t buy again

This is a late review, as we got our rug in 2019. But it's still looking wonderful as the first day we got it. The selection was fantastic and the customer service was really efficient and friendly. We're now looking at getting more rugs from them!
