I am so happy with my rug! I was looking for ages for a rich, teal or turquoise wool area rug to go in my library. I ordered a sample from TRD first, so knew the color, weave, and materials I would be getting.
It took about 7 weeks to get my 6x9 foot rug, and when I inquired about the status around week 4, they answered promptly.
Fantastic experience and will be ordering again!

Beautiful rugs, this was my 3rd purchase from them and each time they delivered what was promised. They had just what I was looking for in color and style and I received it as they mentioned on the website. Will buy again from them as they have reasonable prices.

The rug is exactly as I ordered and is excellent quality. The rug shipped from India and took a couple weeks to arrive which is expected. My one quibble is the rug was folded for shipping and the crease is not relaxing as quickly as I would have preferred. Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Rug Decor again. They have an outstanding selection.

Processed the entire cost of the rug order to my card and never delivered. Ordered Jan 2 got refund in the past few days. You get no delivery info without pressing them then you get the run around while they’re using your money for their business in my experience.

Just received your reply. Too bad this site is worthless. Would you like to reveal our emails and timelines? So, then let’s focus on your complete lack of transparency with customers regarding their orders! Always stringing us along. The LAST one before YOU cancelled makes excuses because of INDIAN Holi festivities. B please.

The product was horrible and didn't work at all, just left a mess on the floor. Threw it in the garbage.

So far so good but I’m still waiting for my rug. Will review after I get it.

Custom size allowed me to pick a size that fits my space. The color combination is right on to what was shown on the web site.

Fair price and rug appears to be good quality.

Color is not similar to online color. Quality is good and design is good but we picked it for the color which is materially different

Great experience . Only complaint is I wish the delivery was quicker

While it took two months to receive our beautiful rug, Deepak at Rug Decor was very responsive when I reached out for a status update. The rug itself is stunning and well worth the wait. It's a slightly different color than pictured (it's hard to replicate color on screens), but we're very happy with it as it's gorgeous and goes well in our room. It is so soft under our toes and the quality is perfection.

LOVE this rug.

I like rug we purchased, and delivery was easy & fast. I did have to purchase a rug pad to go underneath the rug as it is quite thin (we placed on top of hardwood floor). If going on top of carpet, it may not be necessary.

Honored my discount code, shipping time and packaging excellent. Dimensions of custom rug perfect. Pattern beautiful. Only 4 stars because colors were much richer on the website than what we received.

Quick delivery was appreciated. Good quality rug.

We are very happy with the rug. The owner was very responsive to questions about the order status and time of delivery. He was great!

Great looking rug. Great texture.
