The Rattan Company Arvostelua

Beautiful product , highly efficient delivery

Good communication from the seller, quick delivery, good price and a quality product.

Prompt, well packed and chair comfortable. Very pleased

I was very Happy with my Natural Rattan shade and was pleased with the quality so decided to order one with the Aqua trim, the shade arrived very promptly, unfortunately for some reason I am struggling to fit it onto my ceiling rose attachment, though I had no trouble with 1st order. The contact phone number on the website is unfortunately incorrect, but I received an alternative number to call following my email to the company, I was advised that it is likely my ceiling rose fitting is likely the issue? I have an electrician coming to
see to check my ceiling rose fitting and cause of issue, as I am totally flumoxed as to why I had no problem with fitting my first shade. It would be helpful if the contact phone number on the website could be resolved in order to improve communication.

Great quality product, quick delivery for furniture! Really happy.

Excellent product, excellent service, delivered the very next day.

Great delivery and gorgeous product, very happy

Fantastic customer experience. I was in the process of moving and needed the chairs to arrive on a specific date and this was kindly arranged. The customer service from Charlie was really great and made the entire experience feel more bespoke. Wishbone chairs came exactly as described and no building required. Highly recommend and will be shopping again!

Plenty of emails to let me know. I will recommend the product.

Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture so happy with my purchase !!!! Will definitely be buying again !!! Would 100% recommend !!

Very fast delivery. Great product. Good quality.

Very excited to receive my lampshade, easy to fit and looked great. Unfortunately I hadn’t thought about the play of light on an open weave structure and as I suffer from migraine visual auras I couldn’t look at the shade in case it brought on a migraine. Sadly had to return which was an easy procedure. Would be happy to purchase other items in future.

My rattan lampshades are fantastic. Great value, look superb and delivered promptly and safely. Excellent communications from the company when I needed to change my order.

The whole experience was easy, quick and understandable. I found the site simple to find and see the products, ordering instructions were clear and I received a confirmation email within seconds. Delivery was fairly fast and the product is exactly as shown on the site!
