As described, no issues.

I like the neck float

I like the neck float. However, I have a large neck, so the velcro is very tight. I will have to get it extended a little

Product delivery was a long time after…

Product delivery was a long time after initially told it would take 10 working days it was considerably longer.

If I did not phone to enquire I would not know anything. Poor communication.

The product is excellent, though.
