Super fast delivery, great service. Would definitely use again!

Purchased 2 bulbs that came broken in the packaging I emailed the company as it’s usually the curriers and to be fair replaced them straight away

So fair play 10 out of 10 for sorting the issue

Item arrived quickly and as expected. Have tested in otoscope but not used it as yet.

Kept in contact and arrived in good time. Thanks.

Quick delivery all as expected many thanks

Halogen lamp arrived next day (UPS), was as advertised and worked perfectly.

Availability, immediacy, prompt delivery.

Ordered bulbs for retinoscope.
Very competitive price.
Order processed quickly and received in good time.
One of the bulbs did not work when received.
Emailed the company three times (including video showing the faulty bulb), but not response from them.
Poor customer service.

Update.....Medlamps made prompt contact following the Trustpilot review and organised a refund for the faulty bulb.

Good Company to do business with

Needed a specialist bulb for a projector. This company offered individual bulbs at a competitive price, even allowing for the separate postage charge.
