After being let down by another company the service i received from The Radiator Warehouse was a massive relief

couldnt do enough to help out with my radiator choices

Easy to order with plenty of types available, had a small issue at first but Stacey from the support team got that sorted out straight away. Will have no worries about using them again.

Very good company. I placed the order on the website and I was contacted when the order was being processed. They stated that the item I had ordered was no longer available in the option I had chosen. Instead of refunding me, they offered me a free upgrade meaning I received a better product for the same price. Will definitely deal with again without a doubt.

Brilliant service. I ordered a coloured radiator which was paint to order. Arrived when they said it would and I’m pleased with it. Would have been five stars if I could have ordered matching valves. Will be ordering again. Thanks.

Good radiator delivery service was rubbish stayed in 3days when they said it was going to be delivered never arrived.

We got a quote from a well known High Street kitchen fitter to supply & fit a tall, vertical radiator in our kitchen to replace the old one that wasn't as efficient as a new one. They quoted us £500 to supply and extra for fitting. We needed 3 replacement radiators so came to the Radiator Warehouse & got 3 for £600 delivered. My husband was confident he could do the job, the radiators were very heavy though, so we needed extra help. My husband & help did all 3 for what it almost cost for just one. The radiators were amazing, I was very happy with them. The black ones were more powder coated finish & the white one was glossy. It had a small ding on the very top which you cannot see, but I got a really small enamel paint & covered it up, you cannot see it at all. The radiators are fantastic, I had quick delivery, two great delivery guys & got the towel rail to go with it. They are the best investment & produce so much heat to replace the old, ugly, bulky old ones. Very happy with Mr AverageHousewife as he fitted them brilliantly :)

Radiator delivered on time, unfortunately the valves were sent out separately with another courier and because of the Christmas rush there was a delay in receiving but great comms from the Radiator Warehouse and gave reassurance that they'd send others out if not arrived by a certain time. Their customer service was great, not a big issue for us but we had a plumber waiting to crack on at a very busy period. Overall, great service and comms
