The pretzels from this company have always been totally awesome. From the beginning when ordering or delaying the shipments to the two day delivery. These pretzels are never frozen until they are in my hot little hands. They are awesome about keeping in touch with you about anything. They will do everything they can to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. The product is so great that I decided to put in an automatic purchase every 60 days and if you need to delay or move up your order. They will gladly fix any order no questions asked. These pretzels are fresh right off the assembly line to your box. I recommend this company’s products to everyone who enjoys a fresh pretzel at home or anywhere. The Pretzel Company was fast, professional and so easy to place orders. The website is easy to navigate with so many great choices. The pretzels were fresh and just like the Philadelphia pretzels I remember when I was in college. I'll be coming back again and again.

After several surgeries on my mouth I thought I'd never get to enjoy "soft" pretzels ever again. I took a chance on an ad I saw on social media after reading the comments and reviews of other customers and EUREKA!!! Their soft, chewy, and oh so deliciously made pretzels are heaven sent! Period. I've ordered about 3 times now and the shipping is usually pretty quick! Due to the structural integrity of fresh baked goods, they seem to arrive in under 2-3 days.

Either way, once frozen, then defrosted and heated per instructions. The pretzels and bagels I've had are always fresh tasting and chewy and not gooey! I've ordered the signature and Brewers pretzels and the pretzel bagels. All exceptional!

My daughter and I fight over these bagels! Not to the death but hey! There's 12 of them and two of us. You do not get 9 bagels girl!!!

If you have moved from PA and miss the big chewy pretzels, this is the place. Made in the heart of Penna. Just need to heat up in oven or microwave. Keep frozen till thaw to make. Really authentic Penna pretzels.

I took a chance and decided to order from the pretzel company over a year ago. The shipping was fast! I spritzed the pretzel with a little bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of the salt that was provided and put it in the air fryer and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I have been a subscriber to the mystery pretzel box for a number of months. We are never disappointed. There is a different variety each month and we try to guess what will be inside. Although the mustard is good, I am the only family member who likes mustard. We requested no mustard and they accommodated that. Great company!! And if course the pretzels are absolutely the best!!! Great crispiness outside and just the right softness inside. Try them once and you will become a repeat customer.

By far one of the worst pretzels I have ever eaten. Overpriced and no flavor. For a pretzel voming out of Pennsylvania you would think they know how to make a quality pretzel. They give pretzels a bad name. Wawa makes a way much better pretzel than this company and theirs are heartier too. Surprised they're still in business.

These are the best pretzels ever (even better than those fancy ones in the mall). Not only that, but their Customer Service is top notch. I had an issue with one of my orders and they immediately sent our a replacement. I am definitely a lifetime customer!

I ordered a box of pretzels to be delivered home for my kids to eat while I was on an extended trip for two weeks. I was surprised that by 6 days after ordering I received zero notification of what was going on with my order. When I reached out, I asked for a refund because I was hoping they’d receive the order BEFORE I came back and was hoping they’d get it in time for Valentine’s Day (7 days from my order date). They pointed me to their policy that they won’t even guarantee any packing or shipping. They say they have a 5-10 business day window to bake their pretzels and then it will take 1-3 days to ship them after the pretzels are ready. This means once you place an order on a Friday you might not receive your pretzels for a maximum of 16 days!! This is a twisted view of the 5-10 day promise. I’ve never seen any business operate like this before shipping within the US. Just be careful ordering for a gift for birthdays or anything else. No one will receive their gift in time.

Crooks, they send you moldy old pretzels late, then blame the carrier. When you contact them, they call you a liar, talk to you extremely rude. Will not refund. Its some sort of scam. It shouldn't take a month to get your order then come moldy! It has to be coming from over sea's, and molding on its way!

I’d give this company minus 5 stars. I ordered a Birthday Box of pretzels on December 1. It was for a friend’s birthday on December 15. Thought that would be plenty of time to get delivered. Today is December 26 and they were finally delivered! That’s 25 days from the day I ordered them. Sent a few emails and was continually referred back to my confirmation email. Tone of email was condescending. My mistake not to scroll to end of the email where it stated “ holiday delivery December 10-24”. The pretzels didn’t even come in that time frame! Not for my friend’s birthday OR Christmas! Plus, was notified on a Monday that order was picked up, but delivery was on Friday. Not sure how fresh the pretzels were, and hopefully they weren’t moldy like some others have stated. Not a fan of The Pretzel Company, and won’t be ordering from them again.

Do not buy from this company. Go anywhere else. I ordered twice. One preorder (or I would have learned my lessone with the first order). Products come "fresh" but both arrived late by 2 days and were not consumable per the company due to potential mold. The costumer service interection was by far the WORST I have ever encountered. Rude, condescending, and just full on not interested in providing good costumer satisfaction. I didn't even ask for a refund the first time and they were so nasty that after the second issue I requested one. Save your money and look elsewhere for a gift.
