Was understandably concerned that this was dodgy, but it all went through fine and saved me money. Points Trader was honest about not providing any guarantees about T&C issues with the airlines, but assured me that no customers had ever had problems in the past.
Although the process was slightly circuitous - had to set up a loyalty account with another network airline and then transfer the points to my target airline, the Points Trader was prompt, courteous and informative in all communications.

Like a lot of people I was a little nervous about using a third party provider for the purchase of Airline points. BUT Karan was an absolute star throughout. Quick replies to any questions I asked, nothing was too much trouble and when I did "pull the trigger" on my purchase, the miles were in my account within 14-hours.
