I saw this company on Google, noted their high TrustPilot score and requested a quote for 200,000 Avios points to go to my British Airways (BA) account. When I accepted their quotation they told me that it would cost extra to transfer to BA although this is what they quoted for. They wanted me to open an account with Qatar Airlines and share the points - but I'm not comfortable doing this. I was disappointed that they did not honour their quotation.

I am a senior citizen who travels often to see kids and grandkids who live in the UK.
