The Pizza Post Arvostelua 

Have used the Pizza Post a couple of times now...reason for this is because they are fast, Flexible and produce insane pizzas. always get lots of good comments. Staff are great. Did a big event where it was about 400 meals needed in 1 hour. Wahidah, Emma & Jalib smashed it. Had all the knowledge for any Dietary requirements, worked with us to give the best service to everyone. Thanks SO MUCH - we will defo use again.

The pizza post were brilliant for our baby shower! They turned up on time, the guys were great and friendly and everyone absolutely loved the food! There wasn't a crust left over. Thank you so much for making the day special for us.

We booked Pizza Post to cater a private garden party for approximately 100 adult guests at a cost of £1,785.

At the time of booking, the service was presented as 100 pizzas for 100 guests at a total cost of £1,785 (equivalent to £17.85 per pizza).

However, just two weeks before the event, the company contacted us to confirm that we had supposedly agreed to 50 pizzas for £1,785 – £35.70 per pizza.

We immediately raised our concerns and explained our confusion, highlighting that their previous email clearly stated they would be providing 100 pizzas.

Rather than apologising or trying to resolve the issue, we were met with argumentative and dismissive customer service. We were told that the reference to “100 pizzas” was simply their typo, and that the agreement had supposedly always been for 50 pizzas.

We were shocked to discover this just two weeks before our event. Not only were we now paying a ridiculous £35.70 per pizza, but we also had to source additional food for around 100 guests at very short notice. Despite admitting the mistake was theirs, the company offered no goodwill gesture, discount or complimentary pizzas to help resolve the situation.

Despite this disappointing experience, we decided not to let it overshadow our party.

On the day itself, the service unfortunately fell well below what had been agreed.

The pizzas themselves were delicious, and that was the only positive aspect of the experience.

It had been agreed that fresh pizzas would be cooked and served buffet-style from 8:00pm until 10:00pm. We were told that the four pizza varieties would be displayed on the serving table and replenished with freshly cooked pizzas as each topping ran out.

Instead, at around 9:08pm, staff cooked all of the remaining pizzas at once, placed them into boxes, and stopped serving them fresh. Then, at approximately 9:30pm, they packed away the serving table entirely.

When my daughter asked if any more fresh pizzas would be served, she was met with rude and deliberately unhelpful staff who simply told her they had cooked them all and put them in a box on the side. As a result, for the final 30 minutes of the service our guests were left eating cold, boxed pizzas instead of the freshly prepared food we had paid for and agreed upon.

The van then departed at around 10:00pm.

After the event, I contacted the company privately in the hope of resolving these issues without leaving a negative review.

Unfortunately, the response was just as disappointing. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, I was accused of being untruthful. They claimed they had witnesses confirming the van left at 10:02pm. When I pointed out that our complaint was that they had effectively stopped serving well before 10:00pm and had already packed everything away by 9:30pm, they then changed their account and claimed that 10:02pm had also been a typo, and that they had actually left at 10:22pm and had been serving until 10pm. However, I have video evidence (from our doorbell) showing one of the staff instructing the others to begin packing away at approximately 9:08pm.

The repeated contradictions, excuses and attempts to shift the blame onto us have been incredibly disappointing. We paid £1,785 expecting professional service and enough freshly cooked food for our guests. Instead, we received half the quantity we believed we had booked, poor customer service, staff who were rude to our family, and a service that ended long before we expected.

The pizzas may have been good, but the overall experience was not. We cannot recommend Pizza Post based on the way this booking was handled before, during and after our event

The pizza post came to our end of term staff summer party. They arrived early to save us delaying the start of our event, the food was delicious and everyone raved about it afterwards.

The Pizza Post catered for our parents' social event at our nursery. Booking them was a straightforward and efficient process. On the day of the event, the staff arrived early to prepare everything, ensuring that all was in order. I would like to give a special mention to Shaheer, Lenny, and Harriet, who served our parents and staff with great politeness and helpfulness.
We will highly recommend booking this service and will be sure to book them in the future.

Top marks to Becky L and her assistant! They arrived early, were patient and pragmatic setting up, and served outstanding pizza. Everyone enjoyed the quality of the food, and the efficient and friendly service. Firstly the pizzas are delicious, obviously that is the place to start, but not easy to achieve when serving nearly 200 in just a couple of hours.

From the first contact to booking to confirmation was so easy and filled me with utter confidence.

On the day the staff were simply brilliant, hard working, funny, engaging and entered into the spirit of our celebration.

We arrived from a 6 hour drive from Manchester to Kent for my nieces 18th birthday. We arrived a little late but met a lovely guy driving the van from The Pizza Post - super friendly - had a lovely chat and finally made it into the party. Had some pizzas which I have to say were absolutely gorgeous- cooked to perfection and really well flavoured. I hope they can deliver to Manchester 😊 Would highly recommend The Pizza Post.

Thank you to the pizza post, especially Declan and Ashton for the incredible pizzas they made for our special day. They were both very polite and punctual, and made 72 pizzas for our guests! Everyone enjoyed them and they were absolutely delicious. I would 100% book again for any future function. Thanks guys!

Ashton and Oli came to our workplace for a few hours and they were great, very friendly staff, the service was quick and easy, pizzas were bang on, the pasta salad was fab and the desserts were delicious 😋 will definitely use again.

We hired The Pizza Post for my 50th. They arrived on time & quickly got set up. The van is exactly the same as the advert and the pizzas were delicious & Tony was very helpful on the evening. Everything went smoothly and all guests enjoyed their choice of pizza..... it's was fantastic! We will hire them again for celebrations!!!
