Instead of rushing me or pushing products, she took the time to understand what I liked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and explained each option clearly. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such genuine care for customers, and Ramona absolutely stands out. Thanks to her, I left with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face.
