The Perfume Shop - Peterborough 80 Arvostelua

I am disappointed by the service which i got from your shop in Peterborough. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this shop. I bought a faulty perfume, i found out when i got home now they refused to take it back and refund me or give me a better one

I went into perfume shop in Peterborough in the centre of queens gate
The lady was very kind and put my order through for Dalivery
That are always excellent there
Thank you again for your kindness and service

I wanted a DKNY perfume for my wife for Christmas and this is my go-to store as it’s a regular request. The December 2025 visit did not disappoint as the member of staff was helpful with my decision making. She then offered to wrap the gifts and did them exceedingly well - far better than I would have done. Thanks The Perfume Shop - and my wife was delighted with her presents. She’s happy therefore I’m happy. 😀

Its prompt delivery time for me , its amazing, perfume shop has always been my go to, known for quality and authenticity of their fragrance, always reliable and good price as well.

I made an online purchase, and one of the items arrived damaged.
I called the customer service over the phone immediately, and I was given a choice to replace the item or to return it, and because I really wanted this item, I decided to replace it. I was, also, given a choice to return it for free via post or to return it to the local store. Since the item was low on stock, out of fear to loose a very good deal, I phoned the local shop, and the manager of the local shop was more than helpful, and resolved this problem in no time. I'm very grateful for her help, many thanks!

Easy to order, free and fast delivery

Easy to order & quick delivery

I came into the store to find gifts for Christmas n birthdays . Stacy went above and beyond with her customer service and was patient with me on helping me find the perfect gifts

Great service from phoning the shop , ordering online and receiving my perfume in the post . Highly recommend

Tehya was extremely knowledgable when helping me find my fragrances today, she also showed me a discovery set of tom ford perfumes which had little samples of a few fragrances in them when i told her i didn’t know which one i’d like. Perfect customer service!!!

Mel is great, her recommendations are top notch.

A member of staff, Sarah, was incredibly helpful in helping me choose my first perfume for daily wear. She took down my preferred fragrances and gave me samples. I found a perfume best suited to me. She also let me know of an offer going on later in the week. A really wonderful experience and I will be returning for more advice and guidance for future perfumes. 🩷

In-store advice, (thank you Aleena), followed by an online order for an item unavailable at the time in the shop.
Easy payment and receipt communications, followed by the delivery as promised. Highly recommended.
