Norwich - Maddie Excellent Service
Maddie really made a difference today. She was so kind, gentle, and attentive while helping me choose a perfume. There was no rush, no pressure... just genuine care and a warm presence. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, and it shows in the calm, comforting way she speaks and guides you.
Her kindness felt real, and that’s what stood out the most. She turned a small moment into something memorable simply by being herself. Maddie, thank you.. your warmth and grace truly made my day better. You’re a lovely person and an asset to your team.
