I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Bluewater, thanks to Siobhan. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been more helpful.
She took the time to help us find the perfect perfume for my daughter, offering great recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured. She also helped us apply a Blue Light discount, which was really appreciated and made the whole experience even better.
Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Siobhan went above and beyond. She’s a real credit to The Perfume Shop, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Great Service excellent staff
As a member of the fragrance shop for several years I recently received terrible service after they wanted to breach my GDPR rights. I told them to stuff my membership and changed to the Perfume shop. I visited Dartford Bluewater store and was given exceptional service from Barbara.
