Good with people

Website as clear as mud.
Had to call because website was not intuitive.
I only wanted to take lump sum DONE.
Had to wait a while before I could request what I wanted to receive each month as penson.
Very Messy system.

Quick and easy

Well here we go, I'm being pestered by People's Pension to write a review for the service they provided, two emails sent by them. There's nothing to say as the service has not been resolved and the request I asked has not been answered. For that reason, they get one star as no conclusion. Perhaps next time wait until after the resolution has been finalised before asking for a review

Really helpful and easy to deal with

The People's Pension seem to be a lovely bunch of people. I combined all my pension pots into one, and the whole process was made really easy.

I did have a problem along the way, but when I contacted them, they were really helpful and sorted it out for me without any fuss.

Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely senseless reply from a bot with a name to my review dated April 22nd 2026. Excuse me, I do know how to reset my password. These STUPID AI generated replies have no use nor ornament to anyone and are just written to wind people up. Then you get the 'you feel' get out clause. The 'we understand' is a pathetic lie. Grow up and pull your self serving fingers out.

The person I talked to was brilliant sent the paper work off to me quickly, very good polite service.

Had to make a couple of calls for help making application and both times were dealt with very courteously and very helpful.
Once I submitted application, it was completed quickly.

Can’t log on two different advisers tried no luck. Sent to tech people still no access or answer

Outstanding customer care from Peoples Pension.

My previous pension company could learn a great deal from People's Pension.

They made transferring my my pension pots over to them, such an easy and seamless process and I was able to draw down on my total pot.

The team are fantastic. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding and they delivered on every thing they said they would do, with no need for follow up calls.

Thanks for making a daunting process to easy!

I had to send passport details. Wait for printed Bank statements???
It’s obviously me that’s why you contacted me. To long winded. It’s hardly thousands of pounds??
