Avoid! As with other reviews the items took forever to arrive and the quality was terrible. I contacted them to return the goods and was offered a 20% refund to keep the items and avoid £29.95 ‘return shipping cost’. I said no and kept offering to return the goods, and eventually (after offering me a 40% and then a 60% refund) I was offered a full refund……without returning the items. Another 2 weeks later and the refund finally arrived!
In fairness the responses to my polite but persistent ‘no thank you’ emails were speedy and I have now got my money back, but the whole process has been a complete saga!

Just had same experience. Delivered in 3-5 days took 2 weeks. Went by size guide & to small, after I eventually found them delivered to neighbours garage. I wanted them for the holiday, but arrived too late. Contacted them & they said please pass to a friend or family & re order & pay an additional cost

Avoid this company. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be reduced from £100 to £29.99. Vegan leather turned out to be cheap plastic with no shoe box in sight so one of the toes was squashed out of shape. Took ages to arrive. I've had better from Temu.

I was told I had to pay £29.95 to return 2 items of tat. Eventually I got a 80% refund and did not have to return the items. Please please don’t bother ordering anything from these scammers

Don't buy from this company. Very poor quality product and impossible to return for a refund as sending back to China is very expensive.

Awful deceptive company DO NOT USE shoes took weeks to arrive not 3-5 days as advertised. Item that arrived was complete cheap tat Reviews are fake on their web site, this company should be made to cease. To return they request a return to china which will incur expensive shipping cost to the customer probably nearly as much as the shoes and then no guarantee you will actually receive a refund. I’m livid that they are getting away with this!

Dreadful, deceitful company with completely fake website, product descriptions, ‘sale’ prices and reviews. Cheap rubbish shoes that took ages to arrive and not even the ordered size. Requested refund based on size error and was told ‘to make life simple’ why don’t you pass them onto a friend ‘who will love them’ and we will send you the correct size - for the cost of the £9 + shipping. Completely ridiculous scamming company.

Complete scam with terrible quality

Complete rip off. There's no London company. The goods are sent from China and when you want to return them ( which you will!) you have to pay the postage which makes it not worth it. They offer you a 20% refund. I wish I'd looked here before I bought. The shoes were so shoddy and way too small. Horrible company.

Products shipped straight from China packaged with an elastic band and plastic bag. Worth about a tenth of the price they are charging and the photos on the website are very misrepresentative. Please avoid.

Total scam. DO NOT order from this company. Quality of the item is poor and not as shown on the website. They indicate in website that they are a UK based company. However, return cost to China on the buyers part would exceed the cost of the item. Nothing to indicate in the returns policy that return would need to be made to China. Very misleading and a total scam!

I ordered a pair of UK size 6 shoes. They arrived after around 10 days but they were more like a size 3. I tried to return them for a refund but was only offered a further psir for an additional £9. I am still waiting for a response 3 weeks later. Doubt this company is London based. Avoid at all costs

Actually not even a 1 , waited nearly 3 wks , shoes too small dispite measuring and dress cheap Chinese , better quality on shein and faction of price and can return free !!! Please avoid

Do NOT I applaud you, buy from this company. Quality is appalling, cheap, flimsy synthetic material & returns policy is a farce! Advertise "100% money back guarantee. Return & full refund" only to be told that the "shipping costs" are the responsibility of the customer & returns have to be made to their warehouse in China!!! CHINA!!! Nowhere does it makes any reference to China, nor state this in the returns policy Business transacts as a UK business but a complete mispresentation of their actual operation! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a fake frontage for a Chinese scam!
I somehow got sucked into a Facebook scam and sent for a pair of shoes that I thought looked like what I wanted... even measured my feet using the guide on the website.. I fell for the fake info about the two sisters form London! I waited ages for the shoes to arrive and was horrified with the cheap and ugly shoes when they eventually arrived.. But worse, still, they wer e much too big - least two sizes!
Then I was told, when I said I wanted a refund, that I could only expect a 20% refund, as the shipping was my responsibility and that would be the price of the original shoes - almost £30!
I took the refund(about £6) and kept the crappy shoes...I will not be able to use them... I'm so sick that I fell for this scam.

Avoid!!
Ordered mules when they finally arrived the smell of chemicals was unbelievable made of plastic, cost to return to China more than price of shoes, offered an insulting 20% refund, says on website sent from London by Royal Mail, they actually come from China!
Beware this ‘company’ is a scam
