Unfortunately I did not check whether refunds were an option. I had a bad reaction to the magnesium patch (apparently to the chemical delivery system used rather than the active ingredient) I emailed them to be told that was "highly unusual" only for them to go on to say all the other people who found they were sensitive used half or a quarter of a patch! Might have been useful to suggest that on the packet somewhere - for all the other seemingly non-existent sensitive people. Anyway, please only buy a small amount before you know you aren't one of the mysteriously sensitive ones, you can't get any money back.

I created this page on TrustPilot because I couldn't find ANY third party sources for reviews for this brand. On their website, they only show positive reviews which I consider to be bad business practise.

Been using these patches for a while now, sadly no real impact yet. I'll keep it going but.. kind of wish I hadn't spent the money as there is no actual research on the website to support the science, and ONLY positive reviews which is pretty dodgy.
