TPN - THE Pallet Network Arvostelua 

The positives - the delivery driver was helpful and tried his hardest to complete the delivery (which he did in the end) even though his pallet trolley could barely manage the load that had apparently been loaded by forklift.

The negatives - like many have said before the estimated delivery time is pointless. From the point of dispatch it was always within the next couple of hours. Our pallets were the last ones off the lorry - we were NEVER going to have them delivered within the first couple of hours as the original ETA said (and that just moved with literally every refresh I did of the screen). I don't accept the response that is usually given that the delivery time changes based on what the lorry encounters - we were always going to be later in the day if we were the last ones off and the ETA should have reflected that from the start.

Appalling service. Driver refused to leave the one pallet in my front garden - no steps.
I was on my own and he refused to help in any way.
Left the pallet on the pavement whereby a neighbour came to my rescue and helped me move the paving stones onto my front garden to avoid anyone tripping over them on the pavement.
The driver was rude, unhelpful and also hit the side of BG van when he got out of his lorry.

Well it hasn't arrived yet! Supposedly scheduled for today as arranged 3 days ago. I waited in all day, have just checked online and now saying delivery will be tomorrow. No contact to advise me or check I will be here. Simply not good enough. Despite what the response says below I was advised by telephone on the Saturday that delivery would be Tuesday, the delivery actually arrived on Wednesday with no notification to expect it.

I am really disapointed with this service,i have had to wait in all day for a delivery that was sceduled for today by phone, I also had a funeral to go to and couldnt properly pay my respects as i had to get someone to sit here whilst i rushed to funeral and back to wait for this order, I called TPN around 2pm who confirmed delivery would be this afternoon but as all other reviews the tracking time keeps changing to another hour slot then another but I know its last delivery time is 5pm yet its saying delivery between 19.10pm to 20.10pm it is a joke, I only get one day off a week from work and thats why it was booked for delivery today and no weekend delivery either ,I will be making a complaint to the company about this as its not good enough, what type of delivery service is this 😡

Follow up on my last review rang tpn who claims they called me and the driver called me on both my numbers
Firstly i only have one number i had one missed call and i tried calling back but not available after 4 attemp i left it untill after the bank holiday I called and arraned for delivery friday,I rang at 9am and 16.40pm both times i was told it was going to be delivered that day and it was 100 percent i waited all day and evening and nothing not even a phone call,Why do companies use such useless delivery companies it has put me off buying from them and I will be requesting a refund as this is an absolute joke of a delivey service.

Absolutely useless tracking, as noted by many other unfortunate people posting that they had similar problems, and long wait for delivery. But I would like to praise highly the young lorry driver, Aidan, who was very helpful and friendly and managed to negotiate half way along the narrow drive leading to my house. He thoughtfully didn't want to risk damaging my neighbours' trees by going further and was concerned as to whether he could negotiate a bend at the end. But he waited after offloadinging the pallet to make sure my gardener and I could barrow 25 heavy bags of Strulch mineralised straw mulch to my front garden.

Delivery was confirmed by email on 28 April for 30 April, but it never arrived and there was no communication or tracking update. On 1 May, TPN said it would be delivered, again with no timeframe. When I followed up on 5 May, I was told a delivery had been attempted—despite no prior notice, and we were away for the bank holiday weekend. The tracking app still shows the pallet with no scheduled delivery date. Very poor communication and unreliable service.

I have had three deliveries from this company so far. The first one, I had the ETA changing to the next hour, for most of the day. I finally rang the company sending me the pallet. They had some trouble getting through to TPN. Eventually they were told that the tail-lift had broken on our lorry, so "no delivery today". However, we did receive the delivery from a very nice, helpful driver at about 4pm, as it was getting dark.
The second delivery came without a hitch.
The third delivery was supposed to be today. No communication from them. So I rang the company sending the pallet. This time TPN told them that because of driver sickness, there would be no delivery today. They said that they'll deliver tomorrow. That is highly inconvenient for us! We'll see if they deliver then! I have suggested to the original company that they use another company for delivery as TPN is dragging down THEIR ratings. We only continue as their items are so good. We will now expect hassle with every delivery.
We had hoped that after the first one being stressful, then second one being good, that the first w one was just a glitch. But looking at other reviews, and having two out of three deliveries being problematic, it is with great regret that I have to use this company.

Online tracking provides a 1 hour delivery window - great! Unfortunately, every time you check, this simply indicates the next hour. Please don't provide an estimated delivery time if it's just a made-up number.

I am waiting and waiting and waiting for my delivery. No communication until the tracker stated 10.39 to 11.39. It’s now reading 1255 to 1455. There tracker is just made up rubbish which it would be better if they didn’t provide one!
Disgraceful service - actually they are not a service. I wonder if I will get my delivery today?? 😡

Good communication re' estimated time of delivery; the truck arrived exactly when predicted. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Whats the point of a tracking number if you jsut move the goal posts everytime its late? Im sat waiting for my early morning delivery. Im keeping my eye out constantly to be ready to receive it. But there is no sign of my delivery as its not accurate at all. No real way to contact the company. Disappointed my seller chosen to use such a poor service. I booed a whole day off work to be in and yet i could have gone to work and come back for this to arrive... if it ever does

When I was sent the tracking details I viewed this companies reviews and thought this is going to be a bad day.

Two extra staff members to help with this and the worst tracking system known to man, continually updating to say it will be with us in the next hour.

It’s 7.30pm now and it’s still arriving in the next hour, well the staff have gone home and I’m still waiting despite knowing it won’t turn up.

Dreadful service, dreadful customer service skill and all in all a company I’d never use!

An expensive item stuck on a lorry travelling around the country is not ideal for anyone and no doubt they charged a fortune for this to be delivered to me.

Hoping it’s fully insured as I’m not hopeful of anything!

Absoloutley disgusting behaviour, ruined my whole grass in the garden when delivering a package to my neighbour. Rang to try get some help fixing and was basically told it’s not their problem and to bring it to the county council. Disgusting terrible workers with no respect or human decency. Would NEVER recommend

We have now experienced repeated issues with deliveries from this company, and unfortunately the service has been extremely disappointing.

A few weeks ago, a delivery to our business unit was delayed because the driver claimed he “couldn’t get anywhere near the unit.” He gave three different reasons during the same phone call:

• Road works (there were road works in the wider area, but nowhere near our unit and no access restrictions at all).
• A queue at KFC opposite our unit (this does not block access — it is not a narrow road and we have multiple units operating here daily without issue).
• A car parked in the way (again, not possible — this is a clear working area and no one parks across the units).

When my husband, who was physically inside the unit at the time, lifted the shutter to check, there were no vehicles blocking access whatsoever. After speaking to the driver, we discovered he was actually parked around the corner in his van.

Fast forward to today — we had another delivery due. The supplier correctly provided our shop address, and we explained it needed to go to our unit (as normal). The driver was reluctant to take it to the unit again. When I showed him where it was, he remembered the previous incident and it became clear he was the same driver.

He again stated he has “issues getting there” and said “if I can take it I will.” We explained clearly that in all our years of trading we have never once had access issues with any other delivery driver — he is the only one. He responded by saying he has been driving for 20 years. I explained that length of service does not change the fact that no one else has ever struggled to access our unit.

At this point, his tone became aggressive. When I asked for his name so I could raise a complaint with both the sender and the transport company, he refused to provide it.

We rely on timely deliveries for customer jobs. Last week, a customer had completely emptied her home in preparation for a laminate installation, only for this driver to falsely claim he could not deliver — causing unnecessary stress and disruption for our customer and our business.

We understand drivers face challenges, but making repeated excuses where there are no genuine access issues, refusing to provide identification, and becoming confrontational is unacceptable.

We hope this is addressed seriously, as businesses depend on reliable and professional delivery services.

Emailed with a delivery schedule of 10.30am to 12.30pm this morning. Great - I will plan my day around that. It's a kerbside pallet delivery so will need moving. Organised some paid help and waited.

Then everytime you check the tracking the delivery is pushed back. It is now 1pm and the tracking now has a delivery of 1.30pm to 3.30pm and obviously still not delivered. Now 3 hours behind the scheduled delivery window in just the space of a morning - clearly a poor process.

Very frustating and now wasted a day and paid for help to just wait around. I cannot recommend and will try to avoid in future as reading other reviews this is a regular occurence.

UPDATE - 4pm just had a call to confirm they can no longer deliver today as my pallets are blocked in by a couple of oversized crates that won't fit on the tail lift - you could not make this sh*t up. AVOID.

Fabulous delivery experience from this delivery company. Kept informed well in advance of the delivery with useful tracker. Particular praise to Shane (Delivery Driver) who was very helpful, friendly and di his best to locate the pallet as close to our front door as possible. Happy to recommend this company.

This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I had four heavy porcelain tiles due for delivery, and despite having a fully accessible shingled driveway, the driver simply left them outside my gate instead of reversing in and delivering them properly.
Lazy, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable service. I will never use Stone Save again if they continue to work with this delivery company.

Driver was very polite and helpful. Can’t fault any aspect of the delivery. He is a very good representative for the company.

They are useless. The tracking information is irrelevant as they don't have a clue when things are getting delivered. They transferred me to another of their companies - React who told me that they never bother updating the tracking as its always wrong! People at both companies seem to be uninterested in assisting and certainly don't know how to apologise. They just want to get rid of you.
