Hey—sometimes problems happen. It’s a fact of life. But when they do (side note: in the 4 years since I started ordering from Theory11—and that’s $1000+ in business I’ve given them—I’ve had ONE item arrive damaged, so…you do the math), what happens *afterward* is the real character metric of the sort of company with whom you’re dealing. The replacement process couldn’t have been more effortlessly simple, and as entirely prepared as I was to send back the damaged $50 item, that wasn’t something they even considered requesting of me. Generous, gracious, beyond fair, prompt, top-notch communicators—what more could you want? This is the way it’s done, folks. If only all sellers “got it” the way Theory11 gets it…but until that unlikely day dawns, I’ll just keep right on buying from them.

I had a malfunction on a product I bought and the service was just perfect. They responded very quickly and we found a solution really fast.

This is scam, don't ever waste your money and time on them. They'll take your money then just disappear. I have waited for two months for my order, and it's still in America never delivery. I sent them emails and they always reply same email told me to wait one more week. I ask them to cancel mu order and refund, they never respond. So I just lost over 130 dollars

Ordered a special edition pack of lord of the rings cards and they never arrived. They should jave arrived 27th of December 2023, it is now 19th of February 2024. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have just gone ignored. I paid $132 for nothing.

Theory11 has proven to be extraordinary in their customer service. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective way. When my son's trick arrived broken, they responded quickly and replaced the card trick immediately. We will be using them over and over again. You don't find companies with customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Theory11!!

As I read all the fine reviews on theory11 before ordering my 8 packs of cards (Beatles, yellow submarine, Harry Potter and spider man) I was looking forward for a spectacular product, the cost with delivery from usa , 30au dollars per pack. My expectations were high and I am somewhat disappointed.

The paper casing is a traditional paper , non resilient packaging with repeat of the back of the card print. In the black Panter pack the cover is a bit more invested than others with embossed ,sparkly bits and what looks like a thicker cardboard paper compared to others.
The quality of the cards is not impressive, theyb are paper coated with plastic, they bend easily with the slightest force application.
The graphics of the cards is sometimes impressive as the images depicted on web site, jacks queens and kings are indeed intricate and spectacular but others less, like the jokers and aces are very minimalistic and not impressive graphically, the color of cards is slightly dull, I would select same palate but more vibrant colors.
Overall , not adequate value for money and the product mainly addresses the customers that are enthusiastic to the theme. Obviously theory11 only publish 4 or 5 stars reviews on their web site, and I'm here to tell my story

Ordered a pack of cards on the 1st December and they arrived today (18th). I live in the UK, it was 3 days later than expected but this time of year I find that still excellent shipping time. Can easily track the shipment too. Not opened the deck but the box is lovely and comes well packaged. Very pleased with my order.

Absolutely awful experience! Placed order on November 25, 11 days later, it was still showing as processing. Repeated attempts to contact their 'world class' customer service via email, messages, Instagram, phone call (which, BTW... no one ever picks up) only to be told that they need to contact warehouse. No updates for ANOTHER week until starting a process with Paypal, at which point they responded and the item is showing as shipped.... with the delivery date of January 4th!!!
After repeatedly being told I need this by December 22nd! And did I mention all this for the fine fine shipping price of $36????
Awful company, awful customer support, absolutely awful experience. Never again.

A few weeks ago I placed an order on their website (for well over $100).

The moment I completed the order, I was offered a discount for a pack of cards I'd already bought.

It felt a little annoying that I could have likely saved money by knowing this trick, but I ignored it.

About a minute later, I realised that if they were able to offer discounts on their decks in that way, they would likely have better deals in their upcoming black friday sale. I'm not in the US, so I completely forgot about this, but I emailed away.

A total of about 3 minutes had passed since I'd placed the order.

I was told a couple of days later that they couldn't make changes because the "order was already in the warehouse".

This was a full week before the black friday sales, so I asked if there was a possibility I could just be extended any discount that may exist come the sales. Again, they said I would have to return the international shipment and place a new order. The customer service person was adamant the best option was to cause the parcel to be shipped to another country and back, than to offer the difference in price.

I should note, I've bought a few decks from theory11, this is them dealing with a repeat customer.

About a week and a half later well after the black friday sale had finished, I finally got a dispatch notice. Which is strange, because apparently the order was in the warehouse a long time ago. Or was it?

The decks came dinged and one had a larger dent, but after my initial run in with their support I couldn't be bothered with sending their parcel back to them.

I most likely should have read the reviews on here before placing another large order with them, but I guess I've learnt now.

The deck is a fantastic nod to classic Warner Brother characters and the quality is incredible. My deck had a minor defect and the customer service team was very responsive and helped resolve the situation. I remain impressed with T11 and how they operate. Looking forward to many more fantastic released from them in the future.

I had accidentally ordered two decks of the same cards, I realized the mistake immediately and contacted customer service right away hoping that they would be able to stop the processing of the order. They were able to cancel my order, give me the 10% off that I had originally and all without even questioning it. It was definitely refreshing to deal with a wonderful customer service department with this for a change.

They won’t accept PayPal? Although they say they do? Makes me wary

A year later they say they do - which is great! Hopefully all ok now but stay vigilant people!

Poor customer service and they screen don't allow poor reviews to be posted on their website, making it look like all reviews are 5 star.
Ordered over $100 in cards, and order site had issues - resulting in a missing item. Contacted immediately and repeatedly, but was told it was too late to change order because it had already been prepared. 2 days later the shipment almost ready notice came to me, and two days after that it actually shipped. Customer service could have helped but chose not to do so. Really disappointed. Cards are great - but incredibly overpriced, as is S&H if you are below a high minimum for free shipping.

Ordered a pack of card for the bday of a friend. They had to ship the present to the Netherlands. After 4 months there is still nothing. I have emailed te company but they haven’t replied yet…

Would not recommend.

I received my order incredibly quickly...unfortunately, the initial trick sent to me was not 100% made correctly....I reached out to Mandy and the support team and was incredibly, pleasantly surprised to not only get a quick response, but they shipped a replacement of the item that same day...one of the best customer support experiences I have had. Great Job Theory11!

Superb quality of playing cards - I’ve bought quite a few over the years. On the only occasion I’ve had a problem (glue had separated on a box intended as a gift) Mandy in customer services was super friendly and efficient. A replacement box is on its way!

ordered the basquiat cards, and only the face cards, aces and jokers had art on them. Rest of the cards were regular, or very very minimal art on them. Not what I was expecting for almost $30 CAD each deck.
