The Online Clinic Arvostelua

Professional, easy to use and understand.

Easy process and fast delivery

Doctors are very quick to respond and medication is sent very fast

An efficient service. I was able to log on early in the morning. Enter the information, was asked a couple of questions which were turned around quickly and my prescription arrived the next day. Very easy.

Very simple, quick consultation and prescription issued quickly.

First class experience. Would take ages to get an appointment with my GP and it's gatekeeping call handlers. And even then I would probably only get to see an HCA by the time I got one. Standards have slipped considerably in the NHS and although I could have got my prescription for free because of an existing health condition, I just can't be bothered with the hassle of waiting weeks for an appointment. Online consultation was easy to do and your order will arrive on next day delivery. Have used before and will use again when the need arises.

Very easy to access and very good service

The consultation was quick to complete and the response was same day. It was easy to answer the consultants question to me, and medication approved very quickly. I was able to order my medication the day after my initial contact, and then received the medication with next day delivery. Brilliant and prompt service and would definitely recommend.

Terrible I will never use their service ever again. They’re so rude so disrespectful and scammers.

Very simple and quick process, easy to navigate, very quick to get in touch and communicate!
Very please with the process and result!

Fantastic service and amazing results!
This is my second order with The Online Clinic and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The service has been absolutely brilliant — always quick, smooth, and very professional.
The results have been incredible so far — I’ve lost 2 stone already! My hunger and cravings (especially for snacks!) have pretty much disappeared, which has made such a huge difference to my daily life.
I’ve had five injections so far and they’ve been so easy to use, and the needles don’t hurt at all — I was a bit nervous at first, but there was nothing to worry about.
I’m genuinely so pleased with everything — both the service and the results. I would 100% recommend The Online Clinic to anyone thinking about it!

Swift, clear and professional.

Excellent packaging and well priced.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy navigation through website.
Extremely quick response on the website, even from a GP.

After being let down by my GP and waiting 1.5 years despite blood tests showing very low testosterone levels, I decided to look elsewhere and found The Online Clinic. I was naturally skeptical about using an online doctor for the first time, but their excellent reviews gave me the confidence to try them.

It was the best decision. They have truly helped me find balance in my life again. The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to reach—someone is always there to assist, even on a Sunday. Highly recommended!
