I purchased a $96 dusty pink full-length windbreaker that is WAY too big. Would you like to know how much it would cost ME to return it to Italy for a refund? $112. This company is a complete scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!!!! I JUST WASTED ALMOST $100.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made the mistake of ordering one of their coats without being observant enough. When it arrived, I realized it had buttons. My manual dexterity isn't that good - I do better with zippers. I requested a return. While my coat was shipped from the United States, I was told they don't have a return center in the US. I was required to return it to ITALY. It was going to cost me $57.85. It wasn't worth nearly the cost of the coat to return it. They are such a scam.

DO NOT buy from them! I ordered a long zip front hoodie in the same size as I wear all my other clothes. The hoodie took forever to arrive, and the measurements are ridiculous. The arms are so long they would fit a monkey and the jacket doesn't even fit around me enough to zip. Also, the fabric is thick and stiff, not soft fleece.

Terrible quality. Impossible to return for a value less than what you purchased. Like others, my return is to Italy for $45 - $85. It took over a month to receive my purchase, then they play games with the return. Definitely a scam.

So far have waited for over a month for 2 outfits to come in. I have a strong feeling this is a scam company. They also appear to list under 2 other company names, plus when you receive your statement there is a 4th company name!
Have contacted them a couple times to no avail!

They deserve minus stars. Everything you read here about poor service, deceptive advertising, low quality products is true
I got suckered so shame on me. But this company should have no credit card companies working with them.

BEWARE —Don’t order from the Nord store.....if you need to return, you pay shipping. My order came from Italy and it would cost me $45.00 to return a $55.00 jacket. Even though website says the Nord Store United States, it’s not in the states. It also takes them 24 hrs to respond to emails, and if you respond within 30 mins to their email, it takes another 24 hrs or more for them to respond back to you. Learned my lesson the hard way and I’m out $55!!!

SCAM. Do NOT deal with this company! Website and facebook ads make this company appear to be Nordstrom. I ordered the windbreaker in size Small, when it arrived about a month later it was labelled size Medium but fit me like a size XL. They told me I could return it for a full refund or exchange but it turns out I would have to ship it to ITALY, with a tracking number, at my own expense, within 48 hours. Shipping costs alone would be at least half the cost of the original coat, and who knows if or what I would get back. Off to the consignment store instead.

Believe all of the bad reviews!! They are all true!

I’m embarrassed to say I fell for the windbreaker scam, too. False tracking info, returns to Italy. Absent customer service. Posting this in hopes smarter folks will check this site before placing an order. I am working with my bank to reverse the charge.

This company is a total scam. I thought i was ordering from Nordstrom and instead it's a Chinese company with very poor customer service. I finally received it over three weeks later and it was way too big and not what i expected. When I tried to contact them for a return they advised the shipping would be my responsibility and I had only 24 hrs to return it. They also asked me to send them photos of the jacket and their shipping label?? I took it to UPS and they said it would cost $170 to ship it since their returns had to go to Italy! The jacket was only $92 so why would i pay more than the item cost to ship it back...They are absolutely a scam and I hope everyone reads all the bad reviews and boycott them. Stick with Amazon or legit American companies.

Horrible customer service. Have to return that windbreaker and they want me to ship it to ITALY. I canceled the order 5 minutes after placing it, they acknowledged the cancellation, never gave me a refund then shipped the item anyway. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES A LOT OF AGGRAVATION AND FIND WHAT YOU WANT ON AMAZON

Ordered two raincoats on on Dec 7 with hopes they’d be here in 7-10 days. Because of the MISLEADING STORE NAME, I believed this to be a Nordstrom outlet. Wrong!! The website says they’re based in California - NOT TRUE!! Three weeks later, still no coats. Sent emails with no response from company. The tracking from “FalconExpress” says they’re “in the USA but delayed”. After checking reviews and other sources, I discovered clothing actually comes from China via Spain? Called my credit card company, gave them details and expressed my displeasure. Thankfully, they issued an immediate refund. These people are despicable scammers with no integrity or conscience. Shame on me for not investigating more prior to purchase. Won’t be fooled again! DO NOT BUY FROM ‘THE NORD STORE’!!

I ordered something, and I got the normal "processing notification" emails, but I was not able to see any actual shipping details so I checked trust pilot. One reviewer (whose post has since been deleted) said the experience was bad and wrote out the number of customer service that helped her to get a refund. I called that number, and they did not answer. Then, they called me back (I should have known - no other customer service provider has ever called me back), and they guided me to go to a website, but as soon as I entered the url, a suspicious file was downloaded onto my computer. I don't think I even hit enter. As soon as I saw that download, I said "No!" out loud, and the "customer service rep" promptly hung up. Can't believe I was so stupid, but hopefully others can learn from this. I immediately deleted that download.

I'm just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Terrible. Don’t buy anything. No way to contact company. No response to emails no way to return. Cheap windbreaker. Can buy same on qvc for $30 less

Stay away from this store!!!I Never received the raincoat. I put a fraud alert on my credit card re them. Their “chat room” never works; their phone number always bounces to a message. Emailed them twice, showed they would respond within 24 hrs....never replied. This site should be taken down. See Google, it’s a scam site. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered a windbreaker/rain coat. It was supposed to be an oversized swing coat. I always order a size up to be safe. All the reviews said this was roomy. It took forever to arrive but I was excited to try it on. There was no way this was a size up and no way this was a swing coat. I emailed right away about returning the coat and felt like I did something wrong. They requested a picture of the coat and the packaging. Once they got that, they sent me a return code and instructions to send it to some small village in Sicily Italy! If I send it FedEx, it would run $147! Postal Service is $58ish! One is more than the coat, the other is almost as much. What a total scam! The coat was shipped to me from Cranberry, NJ!

Worst quality ever. Took weeks to arrive. Tried to cancel. Jacket arrives. It is cheaply made. They would not provide return address when I told them it didn’t fit and was of poor quality. Wanted pictures of packaging and the item. Seriously? This is ridiculous! Never order from here! Not legit!

I ordered an oversized, swing style hooded coat for$92.
I ordered a size larger to accommodate sweaters. It took 2 months to arrive (first clue). When I received it, it was a straight, mid thigh length windbreaker and fit 2 sizes smaller than I usually wear.

I contacted the company to return. And waited. When I finally got a response, I discovered I only had 7 days to request a return. To get a refund, I had to pay for the return myself.

The return address is a village in Italy!!! my shipping costs would be $40.

I called Nordstrom, which I assumed was the parent company, and found out the truth. Do not order from them! I am cancelling my credit card.

Like others, I'm convinced that this is a scam. I ordered the coat advertised on FB, I was attracted to the 'bargain' price of $92, stated as half off. Took a long time to arrive and when it did it was clearly not worth much more than $30! Total junk. I didn't even try it on. Return instructions were limited and I had to hurry to meet their 7 day deadline. Where to send return? Italy! I'm embarrassed to say that cost me $54! I sent it on 12/10/20, today is 1/24/21. No refund yet! They say its with their accounting department. Don't buy from them!!
