The Nordmann Arvostelua 

No tree arrived as booked and paid for. I went to Wimbledon to talk to the seller. He was not there and the lady offered to let me chose a tree but they were not the quality l had received before. After leaving messages and not getting any responses l asked my bank to open a dispute. I will not order again. Too much stress for me. The first time problems happened and were resolved the second time was fine but this time was hopeless even though l had ordered early in October for an early delivery in December 2025.

I heard from an old friend of mine that told me about this company I just have to say I had wonderful costumer service, company is very helpful and respectful. My trees came beautiful and exactly how I wanted them so happy I went with this company m.

I get my Christmas tree from here every year, and it's brilliant! Reasonably priced, great service, gorgeous tree.

I ordered and paid for a Christmas Tree from you last year and never received it. I phoned numerous times (voice mail box full) but was only able to leave a message once asking for someone to call me back and explain what happened. Heard nothing. Also sent several emails and again no response. I find it incredulous that you now have the gall to contact me to let me know you’re taking orders for this Christmas (2026). I’m very surprised to see you’re still in business! I can understand that sometimes things go wrong, but to never at any point respond to apologise, explain what happened and offer a refund, is totally unacceptable and very poor business practice. And it simply means I will never do business with Nordmann’s again and I would urge others not to do business with you as you cannot be trusted to do the right thing.

I ordered three Christmas trees, paying in advance too.
One Christmas tree arrived, when questioned as to the delivery of only one tree, masses of apologies and a number to call. Absolutely no way could they leave me three trees. They were not impressed with what was happening with deliveries.
I made many calls to this company to have a delivery or a refund. Todate ie 9 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. No apology, no completion of my order. I would never buy from them again

Used this service for three years, each year something went totally wrong with either the delivery or the pick up. Last Christmas was a complete disaster, never came on the day that was stipulated and then came four days later, never did the pick up. There is no customer service and they never answer the telephone. They never respond to emails..... I stopped the payment on the credit card which of course they disputed. I sent the credit card company the picture of the tree in the street still at the end of January ! I've really learned my lesson, I just put it all down to teething problems and bad luck previously but last year with the rotten customer service showed me the full extent of this company of crooks....

it is great to be reminded to order the tree in good time and it is even better to have it delivered without having to consider how to get a tree to our house.

However last year the tree, though lovely, had really thick glossy branches which were springy and downward facing in aspect. This meant we were actually unable to decorate it properly, the decorations simply lay on the surface of the branches and did not dangle. Even trying to thin the branches did not work very well because they were so thick that half the tree had to go and the glossy downward facing branches did not make decorating any easier.

My memory of Christmas trees is level or upturned branches on which hanging the baubles is no trouble. Even trees which have lost a lot of needles can be made to look beautiful so long as decorations can be hung.

The tree was beautiful but it just was not possible to decorate it.

The tree never arrived. When I received notification that it was out for delivery, I noticed they had the incorrect postcode. I tried to contact them by phone, email and text. I left messages and got absolutely no response .
I did eventually get my money back via my bank.
A great shame as I had used this company previously and was pleased with the service.

Unfortunately we were one of the supposed 112 who did not have a tree delivered. AND despite numerous pleas for a response and latterly requests for refund, you still have not had the courtesy to reply or apologise. AND you still have my money…!

Shocking service, will never use them again

In 2024 the delivery and tree were both excellent. Last year the tree was left in my porch with the netting barely on and the tree the wrong size. It looked as though it had been rejected by the previous customer and 'dumped' on me. Not what I expect from The Nordmann.

Disgraceful, scam company! Please believe the reviews. I had to get chargeback of my credit card because they take your money, don't deliver and ignore you. Yet continue to send marketing emails to you and the audacity to ask for a review... Please believe this is a real experience of many.

We have ordered our tree from Nordmann for several years. Beautiful quality trees delivered to the door exactly as booked and prompt customer service if there are any queries. Collection service too but this has been more hit and miss - but the council collection is a back up so not a real problem! Thank you Nordmann!

Ordered from The Nordmann two years in a row and was happy with the tree and service! They offer the best price online and I did my research!

Used Nordmann for the last couple of years and have been very happy with the quality of the tree and the delivery service. Communications also spot on in terms of updates around delivery. Will be using again this year so keep up the good work. Thanks

if I could leave a 0 I would. They did not deliver my Christmas Tree last year. I tried calling, leaving messages and emailing, no response. I have not received any sort of acknowledgement of the failure, nor a refund. Absolutely shambolic.

The tree was lovely, we ordered for our office and it lasted the whole of December and looks great.

However, the process and customer experience was far below par. It was impossible to get in touch with the company, both via phone and email, we tried multiple times and nothing. On the date of delivery the tree kept getting delayed and we had to stay until late into the evening to receive the delivery.

But the worst part was that the tree was never collected. We paid and arranged for an early January collection date for when we were back after Christmas. Nobody turned up to collect it, we couldn't get in touch with the company, and nothing happened. No collection, no refund, no contact. We ended up having to dispose it it ourselves which was a nightmare in a corporate building.

In theory a great service and lovely tree, but the logistics and failed collection made this process unnecessarily stressful.

We have been delivered at the entrance of our building and not at the door (even though we have an elevator. They never came to pick up the tree (removal we prepaid) even though we emailed and called several times.

Tried again -"I wonder if you can help" - He said we cant help wih what youre looking for. I said i hadnt even said what Im looking for - and before I could explain he hung up.

Their lines ARE open - otherwise theyre trying to say Im making something uop about a company I didnt know existed until I called them

So YES - the first call dropped.

and YES the second call said we cany help you (without ewven asking what the call was about)

and YES - are you ready for this one? I called up a third time and the same voice then claimed its a wrong number (I hit redai - go figure)

Doesnt matter - the reviews are abysmal - they can make up whatever they want to say - I orderd 24 nordmanns form another company that knows whats its doing and can tell a consistent story

otherwise - we're all done buying "silly" here

FINAL UPDATE -Im going to then ighnore the endless parade of excuses

Guys - Not interested - you have a chaotic contradictory phone system and endless shiftying story / excuses you keep deleting and rewiring
