Out of stock but order accepted!
Order accepted, payment went through - then emailed to say the flavour I need is out of stock and did I want another flavour? - I wish they could just show the item as out of stock. Now waiting for a refund!

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä The No1 Plug
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced back in October. The flavour went out of stock quicker than our system updated, which caused the mix-up. We’ve since improved our stock syncing to stop this from happening again.
We’re glad to see that your refund has now been fully received. If you ever need help or want us to reserve or source a specific flavour, our team is always here to assist.
Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve our service.
