I set up a repeat order for dog food earlier this year. They have only managed to deliver one of the three scheduled orders since. I understand that sometimes stock can be unavailable but they don't provide any communication at all. My latest order was paid for by direct debit on 9th November and I have heard nothing from them to explain why my order is late or whether it will be delivered at all. I will now have to chase them up again and will probably have to wait for a refund to buy my order elsewhere.

I ordered some moon bones from this company along with a number of other things. While the other things were fine, the moon bones were nothing short of a health hazard. They had a layer of thick fat as well as chunks of fat on them. I was able to remove some of it but after stabbing myself with a knife while tackling the tricky bits, I gave up and put them in the bin.

Edited to say: TNPS did refund me in fairness to them. The reply below says moon bones are quite fatty but this is not a description I have ever ready about moon bones; they are almost always described as low fat treats. I think this company should make it clear that their moon bones are different or, even better, stop selling goods that will likely give dogs diarrhea and could contribute to long term health problems such as pancreatitis.

Only been purchasing our fur babies food on subscription for 2months and so far so good. They let you know in advance when monies will be next due before hand and notify you when the delivery of the food is expected and food is delivered in plenty time before you run out lovely fast and friendly service.
A lovely touch is that they always send a thank you even though its a subscription and they know we are ordering .

Clear website, easy to order and prompt delivery

I have a direct debit subscription set up with this shop and for a few months I was receiving cat food on time, all being good. However, for this month I was charged automatically as always but the delivery didn’t arrive. I also didn’t receive the usual order dispatch/delivered emails from dpd or any other delivery company. I emailed the shop and I was told that the order was delivered… I told them that it can’t be true and that I had no emails and no cards left from any of the delivery companies. I was asked if I wanted a refund, which I thought was strange because I need this kibble in order to feed my cat ... My orders was set so that each time I run out, a new pack gets delivered. I asked for the replacement and I was told that it will arrive today but it’s 10pm, and it hasn’t been delivered and no emails from dpd or anyone once again. I’m not sure what’s happening, I can see that other people have complained about this too. I don’t trust this shop anymore.

Update:
I have now received a refund. The communication has been great, hence changing from one star to three stars; however, I won’t be ordering from this shop again. Mainly because I was given false information twice. If shop was honest about their problems with the supplier from the beginning I would have been more understanding.
