Same as everyone else. Complete scam. Wrong parts sent. No reply to emails asking for return details and refund. No one should ever buy from them. They should be banned from doing business in US

Sounded like a good deal on the igniter so I ordered it. It showed up in record time. I tore apart our oven when the part arrived, kept track of disassembly. When I finally got to where I needed to be, I pulled the old igniter out and compared the old and new, they weren't the same.
I sent an email, which is the only way to contact them, to tell them I received the wrong part, crickets, so I tried another email. Nothing! Now I have a huge paper weight sitting in the middle of my kitchen.
We have decided on buying a new stove instead of spending $100 more from the Frigidaire website on a new part that might not be what the initial problem was.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

I placed an order for a dryer igniter; they sent the wrong part, while trying to contact them I reordered (the 1st time I only had the model and serial number) with a for sure part number. I AGAIN received the wrong part. They don't have a working phone number and they don't answer emails.
My loss is your gain, I learned by losing almost $90 not to do business with this company.

I canceled my order on the order page sent to me by using the reply to this message. It was late on a Sunday evening and the store was closed. I got a reply 9 days later after they sent the part that I had ONE hour after making the order to cancel. They showed they got the notice 8 hours later early Monday morning. Item they sent was not wrapped in any new part wrapping, and sent in an old Amazon Box. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had to file a dispute with Credit Card after the company finally sent correspondence stating their canceling and return policy. Many emails were sent prior to this reply from the company.

I had the same problem lots of other people have had. The part for my Samsung dishwasher did not fit. Tried to contact them and got no answer. Tried to start a chat and no one responded. Do not use this company!! Should of looked into this company more before I bought from them. Just got of the phone with my credit card company and filed a dispute. Hopefully this will get resolved that way.

Scam comapany. No communication when a package was lost due to a incorrect address and no accountability taken. Email response was "we are not responsible for packages that are not recieved".

Wish there was an option to give no stars. They suggest wrong parts and then you cannot call the company. The number is invalid. No one responds to emails and the chat is a joke. Hopefully you can dispute through credit card company or not order at all.

Really wish I had done my research. Just another story of the part being the wrong part and when requesting a refund, they ghosted.

I was sent an item that was not what I ordered. When I tried to return it I got a request for photos, and then silence. This company is awful; a scam I suspect. Avoid!

I got scammed basically. Ordered a part - lint filter for a specific LG dryer (3 years old more or less). They sent a wrong one. I sent an email requesting a replacement for a correct one or refund. Got ghosted 0 replies or refunds.

Dishonest company. Advertized genuine parts, charge a premium and send you cheap made in China generic parts. The do not respond to emails and there's no way to return or get a refund. I'm desputing via my credit card company. Don't order from them.

After ordering parts for my washer and come upon these reviews as I awaited delivery, I became skeptical. However, my order was delivered as promised 3-5business days free of charge, and I anxiously opened the box and started to question all things written about this company, but decided to give it a go and proceeded to install the parts. Once completed, I did a test run, and was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. As far as my experience dealing with this company, I cannot upon me, give them other than a 5 star rating for the ease of ordering, and timely delivery. And by the way, as I too was expecting OEM parts, after thinking about it, most manufacturers depend on China for manufacturing components, so with that said, again, kudos to this company for a smooth experience altogether.

I wish I found the reviews before ordering. They are an Amazon drop shipper. The part I got broke and overheated my dryer on the first use. I emailed asking for a refund and have not heard back. I didn't order from Amazon due to the bad reviews on the part there, the part was listed as coming from Samsung on ThemParts' website, but it was a knockoff.

Searched the part # online. Them Parts claimed Samsung parts for a good price and no shipping. Sent me knock off parts. Will not respond to my emails requesting a return. They ghosted me. Don't give them business.

A week ago, I ordered a refrigerator spare part costing $80 from this website. Next day I received a notification stating that my package had been shipped, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days. 8 days have now passed. It is impossible to track the shipment on the website. Although there is a chat feature on the site, it does not work—you can verify this yourself by trying to enter a random tracking number. I was forced to notify my bank to initiate an investigation into my transaction and to reissue my card. Please be careful.

Don’t order anything. The parts are not authentic and return service doesn’t work.
