Very unprofessional. They want your money without providing service

I am unable to rate ZERO stars, else would be happy to rate so.

Ordered on 29NOV2020.Expected on 2DEC at Dublin. No sign of the parcel.Tracking page reads shipment processed at Bristol.

Contacted Modern man. They blamed the shippers and said they would update me once they hear from Landmark, their shippers. No updates from The Mordern Man for more than a week.

Watch out and stay away.Nice website. That's where the nicety stops. You have been warned....

Vastaus yritykseltä The Modern Man

Hi Sunny,

Thank you for contacting us via TrustPilot, we're very sorry your order hasn't arrive yet.

We'd be happy to help you out, I've popped you an email to help resolve the issue.

If you could get back to us, we would be happy to fix this problem as quickly as possible.

Again we are sorry for delay, delivery services are under a lot of pressure with the combined storm of Lockdown, X-Mas and Black Friday.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
David.

Outstanding service

Found this company with an internet search for a hard to find accessory. Very easy to process the order on the website, and delivery was fast considering it was international.

Great stuff for great prices.

They had the plain, unscented talcum powder I was looking for, and an extremely reasonable price. Shipping was a little slow, but then again it came from the UK, so not their fault.. Overall, I think this is an excellent company with excellent products for excellent prices. I'm a fan.

Square Styling Brush

I could not find the size of a square styling brush on the sites that I usually shop. I came across The Modern Man site and found what I was looking for in stock and ready to buy. I ordered the brush and love it. I performs as I hoped it would. I am female and did not hesitate to buy from this site. I am completely satisfied.
