Ordered on 15.9.26
Got email on 17.9 to say it was shipped with tracking, which didn't work. Few days later email received it was held up in customs checks. Did not reply to email sent on 1.10.26. Now website not loading.

They scam people and website is fake.

Definitiv ein Fake Shop. Ich warte seit fünf Wochen auf meine Abaya. Man kann niemanden erreichen weder per E-Mail noch findet man die Seite wieder. Kauft bitte nicht dort ein.

À fuir !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, j’ai commander le 11 septembre , je reçois plusieurs email tres professionnelles qui me rassure en disant que ma commande est en cours de traitement , puis que ma commande est retenu à la douane . Et puis il me rassure en disant que ils vont me renvoyer le colis car les délais n’ont pas était respecté .
Aujourd’hui en voyant les avis je me rend compte que je vais jamais recevoir mon colis et que c’était juste une Grosse arnaque.

Biggest scammer company totally fraud

They are a scam as I still haven’t received my parcel and you can’t even find the website anymore. Extremely upset as I ordered something for my daughter and myself. My ordered was places 21st of September 2026 and it was meant to be a 48 hour delivery. Please avoid them.

Absolute worst experience. They took my money instantly and never delivered my order. Customer service is nonexistent when you ask for a refund or update. Do not trust them with your money!

The tracking no longer works. Website doesn’t load. Emails bounce back.their social media doesn’t exist anymore either. I haven’t received my order. It should have been delivered two weeks ago. This company is a scam.
