If there was zero I would have put that. Clearly a scam trying to provide a tracking number for a parcel containing a roll of tape! It seems like there is a trend for the company. Charge back made through my bank.

I have reported to the citizens advice and fraud team. I am told legally they have till the 13Th of January to provide the goods or refund following which they will be investigated by trading standards. i also wrote to companies house. i hold out not hope for a refund but will now do everything in my power to ensure they are caught and charged

I wish I had read this thread before ordering. Placed an order for the £70 mirror on the 13th December and my order arrived today … a flaming tiny roll of tape! So annoyed with this. I had ordered through Clearpay and paid 2 instalments up to now, I’ve managed to block the next 2 payments through my bank and will need to raise a dispute through Clearpay. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, COMPLETE SCAM AND LOWLIFES WHO DO THIS!!!!

Hello everyone we have been scammed by the company, after ordering a £60 mirror I got a very nice tiny sellotape roll worth about 10p they’ve tried to avoid backlash however there’s lovely public websites like company house, Mohammed Umar Younes is a con. The “company” is located at 130 Ridyard Street, Wigan, United Kingdom, WN5 9RQ. Although all you can find there is a domestic property… how odd…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! IT IS A SCAM ! Whatever you buy you will get a box delivered with a reel of tape in it and not what you ordered. One man runs it and he gives false addresses and then scams you. AVOID AT ALL COST ! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM THE SCAMMER

Ordered a full length mirror & got a the smallest sellotape! Yes sellotape, they send it off so you get a tracking number etc, oh yes got a polite email back telling me, it was delivered! Yes it was delivered but it was sellotape

I luckily didn’t place my order - I emailed asking for more information on a product and hadn’t heard back for a while so I tried to call and the number didn’t work.
Now the chat has stopped working, please avoid doesn’t seem legit

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I ordered off the website using Clearpay as a payment method. I received a notification saying my order had been delivered but all i received through the mail was a bit of tape in a parcel bag. I then proceeded to call this “company” but the number does not exist. I then emailed with them back & forth and they told me my order had been delivered I assured them it hadn’t & requested a refund otherwise I would take legal action I have since received an email saying they’re giving me a refund but I have only received not even half of what I paid. DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. It’s hard to believe the site even exists.

I wish there was a 0 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Still haven’t received my order nearly two months later no communication whatsoever and now I am having to go through my bank to claim the money back. Disgusting customer service!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. These scammers were previously operating under mirrorsworldwide, the same format, images and pricepoints are exactly the same - if you read the reviews for mirrorsworldwide - I highly suspect the same thing will happen if you order from the mirrors house. Just horrible lowlife people trying to scam people of their money.

Avoid this company delivery within 2 weeks a lie communication non existent, requested a refund still waiting!!! Please do not waste your time ordering. There are some positive reviews on here but I would take them with a pinch of salt 😡😡.
