I can’t believe I fell for this scam but as an adult I know the price of mirrors I should have expected it.

I wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t - so they’ll get the 1. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely disgusting what they are doing to people. Especially with times as they are at the moment! Massive con artists! Ordered a mirror back in December, nothing arrived. Had one email back with a “tracking link” I guessed something was wrong when it didn’t move from the location for over a week - contacted on multiple occasions with no reply at all! And then… I also received a miniature roll of cello tape. Must be some hilarious joke to them! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!!!! The 5 star reviews are clearly the “staff” or family members because it’s absolute crap what they’re saying. I’ve managed to get a refund via my bank thankfully! DISGUSTING FRAUDSTERS!

This is a scam. I bought two mirrors. Repeated requests for tracking information ignored. Phone number listed on their site is false. Have informed Instagram too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Has anyone managed to get a refund ? This is a joke no email back. Constant emailing them, also trying Klarna to get a refund even sent the tape BACK through recorded delivery and they’ve signed ..

For them to think it’s okay to scam people of their money… I receive a stupid cello tape… they stop responding to my mails, I couldn’t get a refund, here I am today trying to figure out if I was scammed and to my imagination I came across this page and seeing everyone story is the same like mine. How do we report the company please

Well after reading the reviews below, i now have the answer to why i received a small roll of sellotape in the mail recently!!

Avoid at all costs!! the initial tracking number was for an EVRi delivery, now that takes me to some other scamming website. In the process of doing a chargeback with Klarna but cant supply the tracking info as their system doesn't recognise the fake tracking number.

I wish i had checked these reviews first!

Recieved a roll of sellotape after waiting a month for delivery! Rang nationwide they've told me to speak to yapily connect who the payment went through as they couldnt log it on either a debit fraud or something else🙄.

Can't even find a number for yapily the one on FCA is for a completely different company. So im going to attempt nationwide again but not holding my breath on getting this money back. Has anyone else had any joy on retrieving their money?!

As per everyone below. This is a total SCAM !!! No mirror and no communication. How this comany got setup on companies house and has an active bank account is a joke.

How are they still active online given all the complaints and reports that must have been made to the authorities.

I too have received a roll of tiny cellotape, since waiting for the alleged mirror since the 29th December. Absolute scam steer well clear.

Also scammed… no contact from company, mirror is not arriving, sent them a million emails and phoned them a bunch… no response. You get the message….

Have paid for a mirror but heard nothing for 5 weeks

Absolute scam - ordered a mirror in December and just received a roll of cellotape in the post today.

Bank sending me my money back. Also reported to action fraud so they’ll be done soon. But save yourself the hassle in the meantime and do not trust their website or socials.

Like many others I’ve received a roll of very expensive tape. I’ve contacted klarna so hopefully they will be able to help me. Fuming
