I've been using the Zakra Pro WordPress…

I've been using the Zakra Pro WordPress theme for a few years now. It's very customisable, but occasionally there are things that I just can't figure out. Simply reaching out to the support desk provides a quick email solution to the issues, with them identifying the cause of the issue and providing any necessary additional CSS or theme functions html. (The issues have always been caused by other plugins.)

Oops, my hand can't choose 1 of stars

Colormag is very good for Magazine or News Blog, why? Because very speed for loading page, easy for edit and customize, the design is Futuristic

And... The support very clear and great.

Keep up the good work!

I started using the free Spacious theme long time ago and loved it for its simplicity and easy customization. Last year I started using some of the other paid themes and haven't had to look anywhere else for my theme needs. [5/5]
The customer service is excellent. Sometimes the response is a bit slow, but this is mostly due to the time difference. [4.5/5]

Best Magazine Theme with Outstanding Customer Support

I want to mention the outstanding customer service I received from the ColorMag team. I had a question about the theme and a few styling issues and received a helpful and prompt response from the support team.

I am very impressed with the customer service that I received from ColorMag.

If you want a great blog theme, I highly recommend ColorMag. It's a great theme with many features and outstanding customer service.

Happy user of Spacious Theme since 2014

I'm on the free version of the Spacious theme and recommend it to everyone. I've been a user since 2014 and now use this theme on 3 of my websites.

It's easy to set up for a non-techie website owner and the support both at their website and on Wordpress support page is amazing. Highly recommended.

Great theme, great service, thank you!

Years ago, I started my wordpress website with "spacious". After upgrading to the "pro" version, i could use the brand new typography options – options that have been added and expanded especially for me.

Great service.

The themes at ThemeGrill are some of the best and most intuitive I've used. Happy to buy the full package. A company that actually provides a decent service too. Had a recent problem after an update and their tech guy logged in and fixed with custom CSS.

Definitely recommended.

A bit long time

I wrote to the help desk in early July, it took a month to resolve the matter. There were a couple of technical problems with the update to the Colormag 4.0 version (Pro, I have an annual subscription), one related to the footer background color which resulted impossible to change: I 've solved it by myself by uploading a background special image.
Also, there was an issue with the text on the articles in homepage not wrapping well around the featured image; I was told it would be fixed with a new theme update but it didn't. Only this morning, after a month, the issue was resolved by additional CSS code.
In any case, it has been fixed.
