I started with the free version and purchased the Pro
The free templates are great and the Pro versions are excellent.
The support is quick and most importantly they are technically competent.
From a coding point of view, the theme passes all of the PageSpeed Insight tests.
I'm now very proud of my website!

I use the theme for my blog. It's been a great experience with the free version. Some restrictions but have plans to go Pro. The design is great and the mobile version works fine. It could have laptop and TV responsive checker to see how it looks when editing.

I had an issue with rendering of some screen components on my Zakra theme. I put in a request for support and within a few minutes I got an accurate response and my problem was solved.

On top of the fact that their theme is great, I am really glad of how fast and accurate their technical support is when needed. Keep up the good work!

The support is very courteous, helpful, friendly, service-oriented and supportive. I received the replies immediately.

I asked some support from them, they help really simply and fast some hours after my requests usually ( and solve my problems btw )

We've had people compliment our website now on many occasions. The theme we use has made it easy to publish a professional looking website that is easy to manage and maintain.
The only reason I dropped one star is because there was a recent big update to the theme which ended up with us having to roll the theme back because there were a couple of glitches. Once reported the team were very good at looking into things and another update to fix the problems came really quickly with good communications, and the site is now back up to date and working.
The fact the the big update didn't get it right first time is the only reason I have dropped a star, otherwise it would have been 5 stars all the way. That said the way the problem was solved so quickly was pleasing and helpful. We're all only human, and mistakes do happen, it's a shame when they impact on what you're doing, but putting it right quickly and efficiently is what counts.
Would recommend the themes to others, and indeed have recommended them to others!

A major update didn't go perfectly, but their support was on hand very quickly to solve each problem effectively.

I had a small technical issue and the team stayed with me until it was resolved. Great software, great support.

Unable to fix issue been complaining about for ages now. The theme is great when with lots of options to customize it, but when you switch a theme to a dark theme, it switches your backend in WP to a dark theme as well. Every text box will become black. It is impossible to edit posts or see what you are doing. They say it's a feature but why? I know what a dark theme is going to look like. I don't need to see it in the backend. OF course, there is a solution by changing the color of your font to white. But if you are using a dark theme, you will not use a white font cause the contrast would be insane. And switching the color of your font every time you want to make a post is a no no. Time to look for another theme.

Great customer service, I got some problems while setting up the theme, and Barsha come up with a solution to fix the problem.

No support from help desk
Wonder how others have provided 5 stars with comment about excellent customer support. During the trial period of 14 days there were support, but once the trial was finished there is absolutely no support.

Correction: have chnaged the review after themegrill response. The support via their chat works without any challenges.

I had been using the free version of Spacious for some time. Recently I purchased the PRO version. I had a few issues and changes that I needed to make and created an online support ticket. The response was quick and relevant, allowing me to resolve the issues quickly and exactly as I needed. Thank you ThemeGrill team!

ThemeGrill appear to be rapidly going downhill. We have an unlimited lifetime licence to all their themes but I'm beginning to regret it. Their demos are incredibly slow to load indicating that they are not paying any attention to their website. Worse, whenever I raise a support issue they don't seem to understand the question being asked. Shame, our experience back in 2018/19 was much better.

Never disappointed, and Good customer support. I approached several times seeking website technical issues. They provided the solution at their best. Overall it was a nice experience with them. I recommend to use ThemeGrill and its related products
