I spoke with Jon and what a pleasure it was. He helped me decide right away on a plan that fit well into my budget and was also exactly what I needed. Trying to navigate Medicare isn’t easy even when your a healthy individual who gets frustrated at the high costs of healthcare when you only utilize your healthcare insurance for a physical and yearly bloodwork, but you also have to keep in mind that things happen and planning for “things” is important to your future. Even though I read, and researched the analysis paralysis got to me. A simple appointment for a call (same day in my case) wrapped up everything and I was surprised on how painless it was for me. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They take the guesswork out of Medicare.

Medicare has become so complicated. You need someone to help you in most cases. I found Mike to be very helpful and informative, He would stop and let me make all of my notes which, I appreciated. He answered all the questions I asked in a manner that was understandable. I feel comfortable that I can call him directly when it’s time for me to get signed up and get the right plan with his help. I would recommend at least calling them to get information. I believe.you will leave the conversation with a lot more knowledge than you started the conversation. I will be calling him back in a few months when it’s time for me to sign up now if the Social Security administration will be as helpful.

I scheduled an initial call with The Medicare Family and promptly at the scheduled time, I received a call from one of their representatives, Mike Locke, who was very courteous and patient, even when I felt I may have asked the same question twice in a different way once. He gave informative answers and also added his own input, which was helpful because he knew what I was trying to ask/say when I wasn't articulating my question/statement quite well. Mike locked was uninterested in my background. Didn't ask about my medications or how I felt about networks. Didn't ask me about my needs. I had to pull info out of him like I was talking to a teen who had better things to do than to speak to me. He was vague, and uninterested in helping me understand Medicare.
