Ordered 12 bottles, two deliveries, the first four were wrong bottles, placed complaint, no response. Looked for chat option, does not exist. Looked up the domain name TheMarket.com and all contact details are "redacted for privacy" do NOT trust this pos company.

A online portal that offers an extensive range of products at reasonable prices and all with supply ex New Zealand

TheMarket is trustworthy and in this day and age of so many scammers it’s good to know we can rely on them

Wouldn't order again from this site, zero customer service on 2 of the same faulty product. Everything always discounted as it only lasts a month!

My football jersey looked different than on the website also be prepared for your product to take a few days longer than the max amount of days it says on it. It said 8-15 days and I received it in 19 days

I've ordered an item 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Customer service doesn't reply, the support site it mention to use a live chat which doesn't exists. Really poor experience. Hopefully I can at least get a refund smoothly but I wouldn't bet on it.

Received a damaged TV stand after waiting for the order for over a month to arrive. Their refund policy is ridiculous and made to disadvantage the customer. As a first time buyer from them will for sure be the only time buyer. No contact details to speak to an actual person nor they respond to your complaint on their website. I do not recommend these scammers.

Terrible and no accountability. TV stand arrived damaged. The return policy expects me to drop the broken item at their The Market location. So I paid for delivery of a damaged item and now am expected to return the paid for damaged item at my own expense. Really??????? And no customer care number. Probably because they know they'll get slammed for terrible service. And I bought rain coats for myself and my daughter. I'm still waiting for mine since 10 Dec. A mail order arrives faster. What a waste!!!

I've ordered Product over 3 weeks ago. It showed that item was shipped. Chinese courier still doesn't pick tracking number up (I didn't know I was buying a Chinese product either, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. I chose Marketplace to avoid cheap Chinese knock-offs. At least I know now). I've logged 2 requests now without a response from customer care yet. Not sure what do to now? Report them?

I’ve made numerous purchases from the TheMarket and haven’t had any issues. I’ve had all my items sent to a collection point (as we’re rural) and everything has been ready to collect in less than a week. I have just returned an item (not faulty, just not suitable) so hoping the return process is just as seamless.
