Reliable and trustworth onlne shopping

Unlike some of my online shopping experiences The Market has been without drama or disappointment. I know that I'll get whatever it is I order and won't have to battle some uncooperative and mysterious Chinese company to get a refund if the product is faulty or never arrives.

Great range!

Massive product range, super easy to check out and pay. Will be back (don't tell my husband!)

Good system.

Good system.
No trouble even if you have to return the order, there are centers where you can submit the return items.

I would actually give them 0 star

I would actually give them 0 star. Avoid this platform at any cost. Had a problem with a product and I cancelled the order , took forever to get any refund from them,it was my first time. So thought will give them a second chance . It’s again ridiculous, I ordered a chair which says we guarantee to ship item within 48 hours and it’s been 6 days since I ordered , until now no dispatch info and tried contacting market.com via email but just generic email . I have spent $250 for this item and now have applied cancellation couple of days ago . zero star for this platform . AVOID AVOID shopping here.

To be honest an excellent platform for us shoppers… only muckup happens by either overseas suppliers or post/courier- if dey can work on dese 2 pain points will b great
