The service was great with no hassle. The driver responded timely when my vehicle broke down and also maintained excellent communication. Very polite driver and loaded my car in no time and with great care.

A minor mix up with pick up times. The company picking the car up rectified this immediately and we were back on track.
The chap that picked my car up was friendly, polite and professional.
Apart from the minor pick up time slot error, a really good service.
Mistakes happen!! It’s how you recover from them that matters. In this instance this company did great.

Excellent service,came out reasonably quickly considering we had broken down on a car park and not in danger or causing a hazard. Mechanic was very friendly and efficient considering he couldn’t get his van to use because of a barrier on the car park. We were near having to wait for a recovery truck but he managed to get us going with the help of locals.Thank You we got home safely. Great service Thank you so much

My car was hit by joyriders and it needed towing away. The whole experience was upsetting, but the driver from the Mansfield company was great.
He messaged to say he was a little delayed, which was good to know and I was then able to track him to prepare for his arrival. He was really kind, commiserated with me and even warned me that the car might sound terrible when he whinched it onuo his low loader, as the damaged axle may make the wheel scrape on the floor. It actually didn't- but I loved the fact that he warned me. So thoughtful. The collection was really quick and he explained where my car was going before waving me off.
Just the kind of kind treatment I needed after my horrendous evening.

Great service. Called to advise approx time when they would arrive at the vehicle and the driver called when 20 mins away. Picked up and dropped vehicle off at the car garage. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank the recovery driver enough who came out to me on 20.8.26 at Wolstanton Retail Park SOT late evening, when my car electric key fob failed rendering me unable to start or drive my vehicle. I wasnt at my best at all as have family illness stresses and I was sharp and tearful on his arrival. What a compassionate and understanding person, he was both very kind and very thorough at assessing my vehicle issue. Mostly he understood I was upset with a poorly relative and the car not working was the straw that broke the camel's back. He got my car engine going and followed me in his recovery vehicle while I drove my car home to ensure it didnt go again on the way back. Thankyou so much, there are hardworking and genuinley caring recovery people out there. Thankyou also to the lady on the phone who expedited the urgency of getting a recovery vehicle soon because of my circumstances. I really appreciate it and sorry I wasnt at my best.

In our journey of campervan being rescued, they continually told us timescales when they would collect us and then kept extending the deadlines. So many promises unkept, eventually only taking us 36 miles in 19 hours - that's less than 2 miles per hour - and leaving us stranded overnight in a service station.

Very efficient, very polite and helpful. Put me at ease with regard the situation seeing as this was the first day of my holiday

All good. On time and nice guys. Everything was explained clearly.

I had to wait until 01.30am for a recovery lorry to pick up my car,I phoned more than once to find out time of pick up.. the estimated time was going up & up.. when I 1st had the call it was said within 2 hours so was expecting around 10pm?
As a NHS worker I wasn’t impressed on the time I finally went to bed,as had to be up at 06am
