The best service I have received in a very long time. So much so, that I have told many people already how utterly impressed I have been

The recovery was arranged, picked up and sorted within the hour. The driver personally gave me an eta which made my planning around working hours much more convenient. Very professional service, very reassuring and I do recommend.

Matt came on time and completed the job quickly.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mansfield Group and especially to JAMIE, the recovery driver who came out today to transport my BMW 520 to the garage\.

Jamie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish\. His recovery truck was spotless, well\-maintained, very safe, and spacious, which gave me complete confidence that my car was in good hands\.

He was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the whole job\. What impressed me the most was the amount of care and attention he took while loading my car\. He carefully checked all around the vehicle and made sure everything was done properly rather than rushing the job\.

I was connected to the Mansfield group through Ford rescue. Ford were dreadful but that is another story.
I was informed that I would be recovered within the hour by someone from the Mansfield group, meaning I would be collected at 19.45. However when I was contacted directly from a representative of Mansfield this became 21.00. At 21.00 I called them back and said no one had arrived I was informed that due to delays the recovery vehicle would not be with me until 22.00. When they finally arrived he informed me that he had only received the call about the job at 21.30. Mansfield had lied about the timing of the job.

The operative himself was excellent, he was efficient and kindly dropped me at a safe location closer to home. However my understanding now is that vehicle recovery should be returned to wherever they have asked to go. The vehicle and I should have been returned to my town. Instead I had to get a taxi and getting the vehicle back has cost in excess of £200. Again I think there is a level of dishonest about how this was done.

Our car been hit by neighbour when parked in front of house. Guy came in and he has been excellent when he came to collect our car.

Service was excellent, "The response time was fast, efficient, and helpful."

I was waiting for over two hours. When the recovery arrived, I was informed that they did not receive any call-out. . I will be changing to AA WHEN I renew MY INSIRANCE.
