Good things
The malt miller generally has all the home brew stuff that I need. In my estimation it’s fairly priced and carriage costs are not excessive. There’s tons of information and tips to help with the hobby.

The Malt Miller team were great, as they always are. DHL delivery was terrible, as it always is.
Very pleased with my order, the speed of despatch and communications. The ‘next day’ delivery service took 3 days and was marred by spurious ‘out for delivery’ messages that came to nothing.

First choice
My first choice for brewing supplies.
As a small scale all grain brewer their bespoke recipe service is the perfect solution for brewing scaled down versions of so many of the standard 23L recipes available in the literature and web.

I forgot to add a couple of items to my order and they placed a hold on it, let me add a new one and shipped all the items together for me to save shipping. Super customer service and really quick delivery. Every time I use Malt Miller I can be sure my goods arrive next day.

I enrolled onto the Grainfather G30…
I enrolled onto the Grainfather G30 course back in November. Excellent course really enjoyed it . Nic was friendly helpful and full of information and knowledge. Thoroughly enjoyed it and bought a G30 Grainfather . I have brewed a few brew days in a box which have turned out brilliant. Currently a Munich Helles Lager. Fermenting now . Always helpful when i need assistance or help and respond to my mail super quick . Thanks people. ❤️ Love it

What went right!
What went wrong? Much quicker to say what went right! Nothing. I ordered two all grain recipes on Thursday. I got the usual email to say you had the order and would process it. Then nothing until Wednesday when you asked why DPD had sent it back? So what went wrong? You tell me!

One disgruntled customer
When the parcel arrived it had obviously been thrown over the gate. When I opened it two of the tins had been damaged and leaked all over the kitchen floor. It took a considerable time to clean up. I'd suggest you change your delivery company.

Hi Patrick, really sorry that this has happened via one of the couriers. Malt Extract is especially sticky, so we completely get your frustration. Have you raised this with our customer service team, as we can look to replace the damaged extract for you and escalate with the courier company. Just so you know for the future, we offer three different courier choices, Evri, DPD or DHL - meaning that you have the choice to select your preferred one baseon who you personally trust more in your local area, as this varies from area to area.
